I have ongoing problems with Curtis banks.
They are trustees for my pension but treat me as if it’s their money and doing me favours.
Complaints people are not independent and take forever to respond, sending out holding letters.
They keep getting things wrong. My financial advisor despairs of their incompetence and terrible systems.
The CEO of the group that owns Curtis banks refuses to answer special delivery letters in the mail.

For over a year I have been trying to resolve an issue with my late father’s estate. At every stage an obstacle has been put in my way and despite repeated requests for a phone call to try to find a solution none are forthcoming. Every email sent takes up to 10 days to get a reply. Do not deal with this company if you want a pain free experience. Even when I made a complaint and it was upheld in my favour no solution was offered - just we are sorry (in a very poorly written email) which does not really help. Avoid at all costs

Called up regarding a mutual client, as I was having difficulty uploading a document through the secure message system. Spoke with Holly on the phone, who was very friendly and as helpful as she could be - given their systems were down, there wasn't much to be done but wait! In any case, I appreciate her time and assistance, and her sunny disposition certainly brightened a very rainy morning.
