Today I contacted C.B. in order to clarify a situation prior to my appointment with my financial adviser tomorrow morning. The lady was very helpful & understanding. I received an email confirming the details of our conversation & I look forward to my meeting in the morning.

Pension query

The person was unable to confirm if the company had received all the paperwork I had sent dated 27/3/2023.
Rather than keeping me hanging on she asked/suggested sending me an email with the answers. True to her word this has happened - thanks.

Wanted a "Which" best buy Miele vacuum cleaner in November last year. Unable to buy the recommended model locally. Went online & bought the exact product & at a cheaper price. Received delivery within a week. Understand why the UK high streets are suffering.
