Great service less than 48 hours we had our order.

I ordered an engraved glass tankard for my husband as a 15th Anniversary gift and am delighted with it. Really good service, arrived quickly and very well packaged.
Only down side, I didn't feel the gift box was particularly good value for money at £8.50. The glass didn't seem to fit the box very well and didn't offer much cushioning. Also slight bubbling on lid and damage to one corner. I'm sure however this would have been put right had there been more time and i'd taken it up with them.

Perfect. Not only the glass, which is far better quality than the price indicated but also the engraving. The service was 5*. The Proof was spot on. The goods were turned around in 3 working days and have been very well received. The gift boxes are very good value for their quality, it was a considered decision if we ordered them but to say we are pleased is a massive understatement. We will be back for more in the Spring. Thank you.
