Great product and good customer service when (after some time) a fault developed. Sadly stock levels were such that a replacement could not be sent immediately but alternative colours were offered but we opted to wait. All in all a great experience.
Review of Crystal Awards Supplier
I contacted Crystal Awards Supplier with an idea I had for gifts for my best man and ushers at my wedding. Jackie helped me with my enquiry and liaised with the engravers on how best to supply the source graphics and continued to help with various issues that cropped up with the design along the way. I took a long time to get my design together but once finalised and payment sent over, the whole order was turned around with custom laser engraving in a matter of days. Brilliant service and fast turn around. Couldn't recommend more!
