Ordered it. It arrived quickly. All OK

Very speedy but irritating because that's all I wanted to say but they insist on more than 10 characters. Deserve to be downgraded to 4 stars for that....

I've been with them for many years - not least because they dealt with a subsidence problem very efficiently and with no hesitation a few years ago. However, premiums had been going up, despite always reducing the quotation when I queried. This year the premium was twice what I could get elsewhere but little reduction on querying. It took a little bit of pushing, and a suggestion of my own, before they offered to close my old policy and open a new one on equivalent terms but half the cost. Don't ask me how it works. But all the people I dealt with were sympathetic and tried to help within whatever level of authority they'd been given. Two told me they'd been surprised on starting work with insurers to find that standard practice was to try to attract new customers, while, effectively, loading premiums of people too lazy (or loyal) to leave. Tho they didn't put it quite like that....

Engraved tankard. Tankard OK, but engraving not laid out how I'd asked. OK overall -

so, initially 3 stars. But having read the above, they immediately contacted me, offered to replace the tankard, with a different layout for the engraving. Seems there was a misunderstanding of what I said. Which, I guess, could have been my fault in the first place.

Beat that for a response, if you can....

Ordered 2 CO monitors. They arrived quickly and seem OK. That's it really. Neither more nor less than I hoped for.

That's it, really. Couldn't have been better.
