I ordered two frames, with included a lot of extra tweaks requested by me. The frames arrived with detailed fitting instructions, but they were actually incredibly easy and satisfying to add the medals, and certainly so much better than sending treasured medals through the post. The finished product is of outstanding quality and finally gives my Grandfathers' medals the presentation they deserve. I cannot praise Roundstone enough

As a perfectionist myself, I was greatly surprised that the medal frames were of good quality and finished perfectly. Jan was very helpful throughout and has even tweaked the order with no problems. Clearly a conscientious person and a personal touch goes a long way. All the family are chuffed with them. 5 stars thank you.

I'm absolutely over the moon with the medal frame I've received. It's proudly displaying my dad's medal and I know he would've smiled at seeing it. Really just so happy

This company is simply the best for medal framing. Jan the owner is so helpful and friendly and provides plenty of helpful advice in regards to the layout of the frames. I have brought 15 medal display frames from her now and each one is superb. For quality and value for money you cannot find a better company.

This was the only company I could find that could offer exactly what I needed and from placing my order to delivery and beyond they have been amazing. They called for the measurements needed and were very interested in what we had to frame. The frame came and was of a very high standard and exactly what I needed.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, highly recommended.

Ordered a frame to display a photo and medal. Customer service was fantastic. The frame was packaged well for transport and I'm over the moon with it. When I was hesitant about paying on line you took the time to understand. You took the time to consult with me having found out the cost of postage to France which you found to be expensive. We had a need to have a number of photos integrated into a number of matching frames. Mike at Roundstone has produced for us some beautiful custom oak frames with perfectly cut double mounts. The frames have removable backs and fixed glass and mounts to allow us to update the photos as necessary. Mike was really easy to get on with and showed a complete understanding of our needs. We cannot recommend Roundstone Framing highly enough. Definitely 5 stars!

The medal frames from this brilliant company are impressive, I was blown away by how good they are, extremely well designed and so easy to use with their way of mounting. Their choice of frames covers all eventualities. That said I had to order a special six medal frame for my fathers medals and they could not have been more helpful. All delivered on time, I don't think I have ever had a more well packed and secured parcel. All round brilliant company.
