Most stupid costumer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!!

I was just asking for a code to set up a universal remote control! He wanted all informations like warranty card order number and everything 🤷‍♂️ iam just renting the house didn’t made any order! Just wanted a general information which code I need to type into the remote to be able to control there AC but he couldn’t provide me that 🤪🤦‍♂️ also on the website they offer all codes for all manufactures but not for there own ACs 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
