100 quid for unusable oils

Received 3 bottles of CBD oil which were all heavily crystallised and unusable.
Was offered a replacement for which I waited weeks. When it arrived it was in the same state as the previous order- unusable.
Never again.

Good Morning Mark, It is unfortunate you feel this way however due to dips in temperature and cold weather Isolate can crystalise. We did inform you with this information, provided steps to resolve the crystallisation and sent out replacements at your requested which we did advise the replacements may arrive crystalise, although our manufacturing facility is temperature controlled and we keep our oils at room temperature we unfortunately cannot control outside weather conditions and the conditions within courier vehicles. This is an occurrence that can happen and is out of our control. We suggested methods in which you can heat the oils to reduce the crystallisation and offered a refund.

CBD isolate crystallizing in cold temperatures is a normal occurrence because when exposed to low temperatures, the CBD molecules in the isolate become less soluble and tend to clump together, forming visible crystals; essentially, the cold temperature triggers the crystallization process, allowing the pure CBD to separate from any remaining solvents.

On this occasion this is out of our control and is a natural occurrence from the natural ingredients we use.

Romsey customer service- awful.

Romsey store, yesterday trying to purchase a coffee machine. Stood at the till waiting for service for 5 minutes. The teller eventually arrived and served someone who had just arrived at the desk completely ignoring my wife and I.
When we were eventually served I placed the box on the counter top but didn’t notice that the corner had rested on a box behind the display. The box dropped about 2 inches from my hand to the counter. The Bradbeers employee snapped at me “You don’t need to throw it at me”. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. Purchased the same product, cheaper and received far better service.
We will never shop at this store again, even though it is local to us.

Good Afternoon Mr Thomas. I have looked into this incident via our CCTV to understand this in more detail. The events that you have described to have happened in store are not accurate. We are sad that you no longer want to shop with us. We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service and have many happy & loyal customers.
