Dave and Jordan, a great team!

Dave and Jordan attended my property to fit a new waterproof regulator to our underground tank. They were able to undergo the siting of the housing unit in our preferred area of the property and were extremely tidy in their work by placing covers down while digging out. They were clear in their communication, acted professionally and friendly. Really pleased with how the process went and would highly recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DEBENHAMS IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK ON A RETURNED ITEM!

I placed an order on 8th June 2025, all arrived but one item was too big, so i followed the online returns process and sent back via inpost lockers.
26th June I received an email to state my refund is being processed.
The returned item value was £21.60 and there is a £1.99 return fee, so i am expecting £19.61 credit into my account. 13th July, i identify £11.60 credit to my account. I therefore contact Debenhams via message to query. I was advised the status of the refund was “failed” but assured it had been processed and I would receive by 15th July. I waited and checked again to see no further credit to my account. Now they are saying its processed and to check with my bank!
Ive been a loyal customer for 25 years, now i will never use again as the is no trust!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to locate your refund for the item you have returned.

We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again. If the refund failed to process on the system this will then have been issued manually by our finance team, which will be why our customer services team have advised to check with your payment provider for the refund.

However, if you are still unable to locate this, please reach out to our customer services team using one of the methods in the link below, and they will be happy to help get this resolved for you.

Only travel agents i use

Lynzi and Shannon are my go to when exploring holiday options. They understand what I like and always come up with a competitive price.
The process is easy which appeals to me as I dont live local to the store.
Cant recommend these highly enough for all travel needs.

Such an easy process to book over the…

Such an easy process to book over the phone and know the best available deal is offered, every time!
Ive booked a number of holidays with this store, even though im not local but i have confidence they secure the best possible deals and understand my travel requirements.

Lynzi and Shannon are who Ive dealt with the most and always call me when they say they will and clearly go through everything.
They deal with all queries raised promptly and provide thorough answers to satisfy my questions.
Highly recommend giving these guys a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous all round service

With the annoyance of a stone chip but the inexperience in having to deal with I was pleased just how slick the process was.
I arranged the appointment all via the website and submitted the requested images. The appointment options were great to suit my needs and the work was carried out at home. The technician was informative, punctual and friendly.
I highly recommend Autoglass after my experience.
