Boost Mobile was Amazing!

Everything about Boost Mobile was perfect! The representative I spoke with to get info regarding prices, changing carriers, etc. was so helpful, polite, kind and was an actual American who spoke English!! The technician arrived on time and even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He set up our phones and gave me helpful information. The tech was polite, respectful and treated me like family. Overall my experience with Boost Mobile was 100% above and beyond anything I've experienced with other companies in years!

Someone used my email address to get…

Someone used my email address to get service, while I suspect it was a typo, Boost wants me to provide my very personnel information to them before they will correct the error. To me this is Horrible service, Your customer service can Call (Your a phone company) the user and correct the error. I have received the tracking info for that person. I am more then happy to send it to you.
