Chat is not helpful
I've had this service for only 2-3 weeks and have used the chat function twice. Both times, the representatives seemed rushed and that they weren't interested in trying to help with the issue I was having at the time. They both pushed me off to call customer service after offering no assistance. Thankfully, after being transferred probably 6 times on the phone, I was connected to someone who could finally help. This did not give me a good first impression. I am keeping the service for now in hopes this will improve, but will have no problem changing to another service if it does not.
Edit: while I appreciate the reply, it directs me back to chat where I already have had awful experiences. If I have future issues I will call, and hopefully not be transferred several times before reaching a resolution.

They don't appreciate loyal customers.
I been a loyal customer since their beginning of boost mobile, I never had any special treats for being loyal all these years. My wife when for a sim card, and they keep charging 40 bucks for updating a new sim/changing the number, they took that feature away from their website account management. Plus they went to a higher plan when I used to pay $ 35.00 as part of their incentives back in the days. Did put her into a $50 bucks plan.
GREAT SERVICE & COVERAGE & PRICE!
We actually found out about Boost from our local DISH retailer in Missoula. My husband needed a simple to use flip phone and I found a Boost flp at Walmart. Scheduled the install through the local dealer, he came and set up the phone (which he didn't know existed) and help us through the process of changing providers. Hubby is happy...this is the only phone provider that has worked in Eastern montana where he hunts!

The service with Boost Mobile is great. However, they still have not corrected my billing. They say they are working on it, but it shouldn't take this long to correct the billing based on the plan I purchased.

Changing carriers can be difficult. Dakota, from Boost/DISH, made the effort look easy. I have called Boost recently and received fast, knowledgeable response.
I had no service all day Tuesday
I had no service all day Tuesday. SIM card keeps failing. It is working at this moment but when I needed it yesterday in an emergency situation I had a dead phone bits the SIM card. This morning I finally succeeded by again removing the SIM card and wiping it off but it is not dependable!!!

Was switching from Verizon to Boost was the right choice for us?
OK 1st cell phone I purchased for my husband the screen came cracked on 9-29 I had to be on the phone for 4 hours with boost trying to get a refund. Every person I talked to said because I initially did not purchase the warranty I could not get a refund, then after 4 hours finally I talked to someone that said OH yes it was damaged when you got so we can issue a refund. I had to send it back and then I was issued a refund and I purchased a new phone. All this time we are paying for phone service we do not have a phone for. My cell phone purchased from Verizon in 2021 Boost said I could use as it was ok to transfer to Boost. I was not tech could not get it to work and I had to end up purchasing a new phone from Boost. It's working fine. When I just purchased my husbands phone the Boost person said a tech would bring the phone with him and set it up for us. NOT true. Found out it's coming UPS today. I have to call in to get it set up or go online to set up. We are 75 and 81 years old and not as savvy with these things. So I'm not happy. I switched from Alltel/Verizon after 30 plus years and I'm really hoping I did not make a mistake. The person that sold me my last cell phone with Boost did give me a 5$ credit. But feel that is not enough with all the problems we've had.

Great tech who provided an in-home transfer from Verizon over to Boost.
I wish our “bars of connection strength” were a bit stronger, but assume that will improve as more towers are available to increase the strength and consistency of Boost — but I am certainly willing to be patient!
