We had no luck getting any sensible responses from the 'info@awesomemerchandise' email address but finally had success after being given the 'accounts@ print.inc' email address, which might be worth a try for anyone still chasing refunds.

Awesome Merchandise has gone into administration and has been taken over by Print.inc Group, who claim to be fulfilling orders although that's not the case. Our order was placed in December 2022 and was followed by various different excuses as to the delay in delivery. The company then advised in late January that the order was dispatched and we received Evri tracking numbers. Evri were unable to provide any useful tracking information and have now classed the packages as 'lost'. Our attempts to contact Print.inc Group / Awesome Merchanise to request a refund are now being ignored. I have no confidence that we will receive our order or our money back - don't place orders with this company!

AVOID!!! I ordered early august 2022 after using this company for years. They didn’t fufill my order as they had a “paper shortage” they then after lots of back and forth excuses agreed to cancel my order and issue a full refund. However they still have not refunded nor responded and went into administration shortly after this incident. And STILL have no money back. I also see their website is running and they’re still trading and I do not understand how this is legal at all. But avoid at all costs you won’t get your products and you won’t get money either!

As you'll see in these other reviews, an absolute sh-t show! Ordered back in November. Approved the art work. Contacted them in Jan. They got back to me on this one occasion to say the job had been done but not processed yet. Emailed again but with no reply. Numbers don't ring through. Website looks great, very professional and promising but the service doesn't meet that standard.

Take your payment, approve artwork, confirm a delivery date then disappear. None of the company phone numbers work and don’t reply to any emails. Company must be about to go under. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering merch from (Less than) Awesome Merch, as I did before Christmas. Luckily it wasn't a big order but it was to help launch a new little business. - Not a great start for the business or a New Year to find that my order, which keeps going missing, still isn't fulfilled and suddenly things have gone quiet when I asked for a refund. The company changed it's email address to Print.inc.Group over Christmas (2022) and requested I resend all my previous correspondence to the new address - which seemed very dodgy.
Anyone still receiving newsletters, like me, do yourself a favour and block them.
Update: 3.3.23. I got a REFUND!!!!! It took persistence and the amount wasn't large so that was probably in my favour. I've still got credit with them but I doubt I'd find the energy to put myself through all of this and the uncertainty of actually receiving the goods, to be bothered. I think that will just be a loss. Walk away with my sanity (reasonably) intact.

Like so many others, I'm still waiting on an order placed months ago. They've stopped responding to emails - their email address has conveniently 'changed' - and comments on their social media accounts are disabled. Worse still, these crooks have the gall to post updates about their NEW products ... no wonder their Facebook page is a sea of angry emojis.
I'll be lodging an official complaint with Trading Standards and I strongly encourage everyone else who's out of pocket to do this! Companies like this should NOT be permitted to trade, especially during such difficult times.

After 10 year of wonderful business relationships, the last 2 years have been the single worst customer experience ive ever had with anyone, being a "VIP"customer, having my orders & money taken and nothing arrive for over 3 months, one basic shirt arrived but all the shirts they charged me over the rates for didnt, only once i threatened turning up to the building to either get my money back Or the clothing itself done, they eventually did the order im positive they were going to ignore. I hate the fact the relationship went this way, it was ideal for me as a set up, using other people now and will never go back. a burnt bridge due to their own fault. avoid at all costs.

Why can we not give zero ratings on reviews anywhere? This company doesn’t even deserve one star!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS. The company went into Administration in August 2022 but still their website is taking orders they are not fulfilling. They turn off all commenting on their social media so we can’t all moan at them and continue to carry on as if nothing has happened. THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!

I've used 'Awesome' successfully for many years, but in the last year the service has dropped through the floor. Most recently, an order I placed took 2 months to arrive, and was incomplete when it did. Customer service is slow and unreliable - and I have no confidence to order again.

We've used them a couple of times and before they went into administration they were reliable and produced good quality work...
But since they were bought out by Print.Inc it's all gone wrong. We ordered mugs and printed box sets from them last October, sent artwork approvals within 1-2 weeks. All looked OK to begin with, but then we didn't receive the mugs until late December, about 2 months later. This was after us chasing them several times, just to be told they couldn't give us an actual date of receiving them. So just before Christmas we received the mugs, but NO boxes!
I contacted them to chase up the boxes to be told they were at a different printers and they again didn't have an actual date when we would receive them. So we had half the order at this point and we can't use the mugs without the boxes!
We eventually received the boxes mid Jan, BUT only 2 of the 10 we'd ordered!!!! You couldn't make it up!! We have tried contacting them via several emails, phone lines don't seem to work and it's been a week now. PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Placed an order for £500 of t shirts which never arrived. Went into administration and magically opened up the next day with the same name with apparently no responsibility for previous unfulfilled orders. DO NOT USE.

It's been one and a half year since i'm waiting for my order.. story : i live in belgium, the order from USA and they choose an idependant deliver service for my package.
The track number service said that the deliver try to deliver me the order. I was in my house that day : nobody knock the door or ring the bell.
That day (still with the tracking number) i saw that the package wasn't give to the postal service of the city (wich is normally the solution case when the citizen isn't at home when a deliver service come... remember : wich i was !) BUT sending back to the USA... Did you see the absurdity of this ? They didn't even try to come again or give to the belgium postal service (wich is a state service so base on trust basically).
Resume from tehir side : They send (i pay the taxes and the deliver for the travel) => they "come" => they send it back.
Now, i still see on the tracking number (1 1/2 year after..) that the package is keeping in a postal service in a random city in USA since 1 year (why specially there ? i don't know but suddenly the deliver service decide to give it to a state service , so : WHY NOT IN THE POSTAL SERVICE OF THE RECEIVER ????)..
After seeing this, some mails of complaining begins and they let me choose with 2 options :
1) to pay again for the deliver service
2) Ask a refund
I choose the option 2). wich is : the refund. I give them all informations for this and since that answer by mail, nothing happen. i send back 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 mails to ask where the refund is.. NO ANSWER. I just lost money

Still waiting for orders and have now been ghosted....
Still waiting for 2 orders placed in October to be fulfilled. Have been fobbed off with lead times for months and now ignored as I would nowlike a refund. My patience with them is gone and I now believe they have no intention of either fulfilling orders or refunding people. The trustpilot reviews speak for themselves.
What is really galling is they are STILL advertising on social media which means more people will order with them and be disappointed and left out of pocket.
I have no words about how awful this company is as many of their clients are small businesses and will really suffer.
Scammed our small dog rescue
Awesome Merch scammed the charity that I volunteer for out of hundreds of pounds and are ignoring all calls and emails. The are a small UK based dog rescue and rely on these funds to carry on their vital work. Shame on you.
