Update 14/03/2023:
After months of chasing, we have now received a refund for our order. We had no luck getting any sensible responses from the 'info@awesomemerchandise' email address but finally had success after being given the 'accounts@ print.inc' email address, which might be worth a try for anyone still chasing refunds.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Awesome Merchandise has gone into administration and has been taken over by Print.inc Group, who claim to be fulfilling orders although that's not the case. Our order was placed in December 2022 and was followed by various different excuses as to the delay in delivery. The company then advised in late January that the order was dispatched and we received Evri tracking numbers. Evri were unable to provide any useful tracking information and have now classed the packages as 'lost'. Our attempts to contact Print.inc Group / Awesome Merchanise to request a refund are now being ignored. I have no confidence that we will receive our order or our money back - don't place orders with this company!
