Made a large order as I have been using craftovator for several years, fast forward to now I have received no communication, no sign of my delivery genuinely abhorrent. Clearly this company is not functioning, avoid at all costs.

Run the other way

Run the other way. I placed an order over a year ago for £2000 and never saw a single thing from it. Endless emails that led nowhere, and a phone line that was always dead I spent months getting absolutely nowhere, only to eventually be greeted with an email stating they had gone into administration and I could join a claim for 1p per pound owed. I am a small business and this was crippling. Luckily through my bank I was finally able to get a refund based on the fraudulent nature of Awesomemerch. Please don't risk your money, there are plenty of other fantastic companies many of which will price match.

Truly awful experience

Truly awful experience. Took my order immediately but after continuous contact over 3 months still no sign of even an order confirmation. Finally got a call and was informed my order had been cancelled due to lack of communication on my part. When I referred back to the 30 emails I had had in conversation with various staff members they said they didn’t know about that. Aggressive, accusatory and dismissive. Never again.

2 days late and in poor condition.

I ordered the flowers and allowed for a buffering day to ensure they arrived on time. They didn't arrive next day as they said they would, and in fact were not a day late, but two. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and told me that it was simply company policy that nothing is done in the event flowers are late, no matter how late. Really disappointing and when the flowers did eventually arrive they were battered and sad looking.

Whilst we have still been able to deliver 98% of next day orders on time during the Covid19 pandemic, there might on some occasions be some delays with flower deliveries and your patience is much appreciated.

We do our best to be open and honest at all times, and would never wish for any customer to feel mis-lead or disappointed in any way.

If you feel the bouquet was not up to the standard expected we ask that a photograph be sent to customer services within 5 days of delivery so they can investigate for you.
