Review of 247 Blinds
I ordered a made-to-measure blind mid-afternoon on Thursday, and it arrived on Friday lunchtime. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but it was exactly what I wanted and also well made. Communication was excellent, and the video guides on the website made the whole process easy. If I need any more blinds, I'll definitely shop here again.
Review of Cricut
I ordered several products at 8pm UK time, only to decide that I actually wanted to swap one of them out for a different (more expensive) product instead.
You can't cancel or amend an order online, and the email I received said cancellations had to be made within 4 business hours. The UK support desk opened at 9am, I called at 9:30 to be told it was too late to cancel. No supervisor available, no complaints process. The item hadn't been dispatched yet. The lady on the helpdesk was polite but unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the concept of time zones.
They can't even stick to their own basic terms, which gives me zero confidence they'll resolve a more serious issue if one arises.
Review of Awesome Merchandise
I ordered with some trepidation after reading recent reviews on here, but my stickers arrived quickly (faster than some from Sticker Mule that I ordered at the same time) and are exactly what I wanted. No issues with the ordering process. I'm hoping that they'll bring back the greater range or products they had in the past.

When my lock jammed and I got stuck outside, Arpi came to the rescue! He was happy to explain the problem and advise on different types of locks to replace the broken one, and was a really pleasant guy to deal with. The prices were fair, and I'd definitely recommend :)
Review of Ruby UK
I've never bought timber online before, but I couldn't face going to B&Q on a busy weekend so I figured I'd chance it. Really glad I did. Ruby Group sold longer lengths than other suppliers (3.6m rather than 2.4m) meaning fewer joints were needed, plus delivery was a breeze. Everything arrived when it was supposed to, plus the driver was really friendly and helped me to stack everything where it needed to go.
