I had purchased the Driver Updater (DU) for 3 PCs.
I email the company telling them that my old computer quit and I brought a new one and I couldn't install the DU on my new PC because it thinks that I still have it on my old PC and I have max out on the 3 copies.

Martin Malion (Ashampoo Support) was quick to respond and reset my license so that I can install DU on my new PC. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.

I had the most frustrating experience with Rogers today! Yesterday, I called to renew my 2 years contract with them for my internet, TV and home phone. I talk to Angus and she quoted me $119 + GST for a total of $124.95. Sounds good but will have to get back to her. She said that she’ll put it on my file. Today I call and got Oche at Rogers to accept the renewal offer, he saw the quote on his computer but said they cannot honor it because the price has changed overnight. What the F***? The price for my package is now $137. I didn’t like the answer, so he called his manager (52869) and he said that if it was recorded as a quote then they are committed to it. Then he said to call 1-833-727-1586 and they’ll take care of it (pass the buck). I called the number and the person said it is $137, and I only will get one TV box instead of two. I am not happy, so I called 1-888-472-2222 again and got Presant. He doesn’t know who Oche is and can’t transfer me to him. After a long struggle with 10 dozen more repeated questions with each other trying to overcome the communication barrier. Finally, I told him to cancel my Rogers service because the frustrating experience must have shorted my life be a couple of years. Will check out Telus now.
It is bad when there is only a duopoly, hope there will be another competitor soon.

Easy to upload/download files. It is very similar to Google's Drive so there is very little extra learning required. I ask for an increase from 1TB to 2TB and they responded quickly and all I have to do is goto Stacksocial and buy another 1TB.

I've been a TEMU for a long time. It was great, it was free delivery then for a small purchase. Then it started increasing, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30 and today I tried to order something which was $31.95 and it told me that I need to order a minimum of $35 for free delivery.

It was good while it lasted, I am looking elsewhere to shop now.
