Well I can only reiterate what others have put on here - rude staff who DO NOT want to listen and put the phone down working for a private landowner. They do not send out first letters only to make money through a second. They are nothing but rude robbers and the people who work for then should be ashamed to work for them. I can only hope that more people avoid these places and hit THEM in the pocket where is hurts. SCAMMERS. I'm glad I believe in KARMA !

I wish there was an option to rate no stars.
Arrived at the car park but there was no facility to pay with card so left immediately without getting out of my car and returned less than 15 mins later with cash.
They fined me for the first visit even though I was only there for 1 minute and didnt even leave my vehicle.
Provided evidence that Id paid for my parking but they still upheld the fine.
Disgusting. I will never visit Cornwall again if their council allow this type of unscrupulous company to run their car park park facilities.

Be careful of this company and look at your letter as I receive my letter on the day after the 14day notice ended so had to pay the full amount tryed ringing them and got told that's my problem as they sent it early which I said rubbish as no proof of postage date on the envelope so just a big scam to get your money

I have paid the fine but appealed as it was very unfair! I received parking ticket at 4am and had permit displayed.

Absolutely disgusting company.. staff are vile and arrogant, only tried to have a phone conversation about a parking issue, but was hung up on twice and spoken too like a piece of dirt…

Supplied evidence and they confirmed receipt of payment at the time of the so called breach. Left the car park well within the time. Because the Reg was not complete they ignored the payment and concentrated on the mistake of the Registration. Immoral .
I will never ever park in an Armtrack Car Park again and will not go to Cornwall again if the Council condone such immoral behaviour.

Just saw an article in paper about fining a guy even with a ticket. Did same to me and rejected appeal even with photo evidence. ARMTRAC ARE TOTAL THIEVES 100% SCAMMERS. Disgusting 'business'.

Paid our parking ticket, we was 10 mins late leaving cark park due traffic actually leaving the car park is was in july, 1 week later got a parking charge, appealled to explain the traffic problem we had, got thrown out took it to IAS. Amtrak clearly get this taken to them alot as had 30 documents all ready to go as soon as i submitted, IAS obviously sided for this company, its my first time in Cornwall from Yorkshire and to be honest proberbly the last for at least 20 years, so well done Amtrak, hopefully one day Watchdog will catch up with the day light criminals!!!!!

Paid for 2 hours, back within the time frame (actually sat on the beach worrying about being back in time!) Arrived home from holiday to receive a £100 fine.

Disgraceful company (can't put more articulate words) like others I didn't put in the full reg and now have to pay the £60 fine, you would think that with all the money they charge machines would be configured to know a correct numberplate. Will never use their car parks again, as this company only care about one thing "commission". Absolute scumbags. Cornwall Council should be proud having these working within their county.

I sincerely can't stop laughing reading all these 1 star brilliant reviews of everyday people who are charged the £100 fee for simply silly reasons. Lack of humility at its greatest!
I would love to see a few reviews from the landowners who have their land managed by them. Also, big congratulations to Cornwall Council for being Armtrac's top satisfied customer according to their website, well done!
Also, congratulations to Cornwall Council for trusting Armtrak when they are NOT even approved by the British Parking Association. Councillors, do you really care for your people?
Good luck to everyone trying to find their way out with appeals, it feels like there is no luck.
It is such a shame that our beautiful Cornwall has such a badly managed, and not fair policy for parking - not just there but everywhere - and the most expensive fees I have ever seen. Leaves me with lovely memories of the cliff by the ocean but there is a bitter aftertaste.

They've not got the back wheels to reply to anyone here cause they know they're laughing all the way to the bank.

These are crooks you can have paid for parking lawfully and they do not take this into account. Don't use there car parks. There MD is called Robin Bas'tard.

The biggest scam of all parking companies. Parked for 20 minutes, paid for my ticket which took ages as the machine was slow and faulty and then clearly displayed it but still got sent my nice £60 fine in the post on return from holiday in cornwall and of course appeal was immediately rejected, although I never received the rejected email so they then increased the fine until i wrote to them again!!? How is this company still allowed to operate seeing the thousands of other reviews of holidaygoers who have experienced the same nonsense?? Will be looking out for Armtrac Security in car parks from now on.

Received a £60 fine for waiting for a parking spot for 15 minutes, absolute disgrace especially as we left early too

Awful. We had a valid 24 hour parking ticket even though we'd only stayed for an hour. Came back to a ticket and a homophobic parking attendant taking photos from inside the cab where there were bikinis and sensitive items, who conveniently 'cropped out' the ticket in plain sight. Started an appeal with images of the paid for ticket and they basically just harass you to the point it's easier for your own wellbeing to pay. No idea what Cornwall council are thinking have such criminals in charge of the majority of their carparks but please be careful - they'll try to charge you for the tiniest thing.

Parked at Sennen Cove car park, paid for 2hrs £2.60p. Returned to motorhome to find penalty sticker on window, we still hat 57 minutes left on ticket. After eight phone calls trying to contact Amtrac, finally spoke to someone who said penalty was due to vehicle being over 5 meters long (we are 5.7 meters). No signage to say no motorhomes, but in very small print, a 5 meter maximum length.
All signage for price per hour etc in large print, but all conditions in extremely small print. All done to catch you out, and give you a penalty notice.
AVOIDE AMTRAC PARKING at all costs if possible, they are a disgraceful company who will do anything to catch you out.

If the uk government keep allowing bandits like armtrack to set up businesses in the uk nothing will change.

What a bunch of bandits! Phoned and asked for information. Receptionist was a miserable excuse for a 'jobs-worth' of an individual. Customer service is obviously not part of their remit. Knew nothing about this until received notice, by way of a letter. As for a 'ticket'? It wasn't attached to my vehicle. Complete rip-off. Nasty company.
