Discrimination towards people with disability

Entered car park as an error thinking it Cornwall council for which I have a disabled exemption. Took 10 mins to park then 9 mins with mobility to get to pay zone to realise then 8 mins to get back to van 3 mins to leave . £60 appeal rejected trying to show within equality act reasonable adjustments for mobility issues. Nasty phone services women telling me I didn't " have a leg to stand on " with an appeal. Nice ! I'm writing to radio 4 ask their opinion. An old guy with a spinal injury error disability cost £100 the price of going slow aye!

Criminal damage and unilateral decision to destroy rare art

As I thought on this I felt this a police matter so I'm filing a report. It is very easy for a company to claim something is broken and as a result have discarded it. In reality this could well be organised theft.

I purchased a rare oil painting and this courier was sadly chosen to transport it. Something broke in transit and they seem to have simply chosen to decide to put it in a " bin" the listed artist's work, who died in the early 20th century, an irreplaceable work on board so unlikely to be seriously damaged. I would advise great caution. Artistic vandalism to decide without permission to throw it in the rubbish bin. DON'T USE THEM !!

This is the same bulk standard computer generated response ,below , given to every bad review. They seem incapable of facing the vandalism involved in disposal of a unique artwork without any permission from either the seller or the new owner ..the buyer . They are total rubbish avoid them !

Don't be fooled as I was

Oh how I wish I had read this before buying the junk that I purchased 4 times the price compared with another cheap Chinese supplier. Slower postage same cheap low quality items. Acrylic periodic tables stupidly I bought 2 of these rubbish items

They could not even be bothered to check the names of the elements making the product useless as an educational tool

Opaque cancellation hidden charges

TalkTalk are very good ar taking money instantly at end of contract however whichever way you try to cancel a contract you will inevitably be charged. Early end contract fees or charged for 30 extra days of unwanted processing fees. The website is opaque on details on charges and the cancellation team conveniently do not make contact. I would never use them again. After maybe 8 years enough is enough. Not recommended. Complaining to offcom.

I purchased cover then chose to cancel…

I purchased cover then chose to cancel it straight away. A customer service agent called me and I agreed to keep cover on the promise it would NOT automatically renew. But of cause it was a lie it did and I had to pay the cancellation fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION! Why bother with an arrangement if you lie to customers.

A manager called me and said if I remove my comment and review I could have my £9 cancellation fee . I was told the refund was only if I remove this review. I told them I'd rather leave it so other people do not NOT use this service .
