Did not ask to change account or give authority to change.

I have received an email confirming that I am changing account over to this company. I have not authorised any transfer and in fact the business name listed for me is not even trading anymore. Please remove this unauthorized account.

Hello Sonia,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues raised above regarding an upcoming onboarding of your business's energy supply.

Your business has agreed to a future-dated energy contract through a third-party brokerage named Bionic. Yu Energy would strongly advise your business to initiate contact with Bionic should there be any concerns relating to the electricity supply contract that need addressing.

Jarrod in our team will contact you regarding this and explain this to you.

Many thanks,

Ben

Absolutely dreadful service recently .

Absolutely dreadful service recently .. is thus since daisy took over?.I placed an order in December to change my phone contract to Internet phone. This was supposed to happen early January.. several times I phoned as handset didn't arrive. Supposedly technical errors. tried to set up call divert in the meantime and this only worked periodically. Finally got my handset towards end of Jan. Have now been billed for both services after having been told one contract would automatically end as the other started and in fact have not had the use of the old service or the new service for most of the time. Bill supposed to be about £45per months and been billed £140.0.
Have emailed about this. Told the quickest way to get help is the online chat. Have tried today. Was in q for 16 mins then cut off.. have now been qing at least 15 mins again and so far have confirmed my email..
I have also ordered a card processing terminal back in December and so far have not received the terminal or any updates... Absolutely dreadful service. Require full refund of last payment plus correction if errors.

Who signed the contract.. it wasnt me

I Believe this company is trying to scam me and has fraudulently signed a contract on my behalf.
I remember looking at something online about ppi but decided not to go ahead. I remember being sent paperwork to sign which i never signed, I decided i did not want to get involved, Plus had also contacted my bank previously and been told i was not owed any money . I remember receiving more correspondence saying i had not signed my paperwork which i still didnt sign.
Now they have sent me a contract with a signature that is not mine and said my bank confirmed the signature. I believe someone has fraudulently signed a contract on my behalf and now they want payment for something i didnt authorise.
