It was my first time using ZenMarket and buying something from Japan. So I was very apprehensive, but they helped me a lot with the step-by-step instructions, and the shipment arrived without any problems and very quickly! The experience was so wonderful that I will definitely repeat it soon.

Purchased a 140W power bank from this company via Amazon. After a couple of months of light use, product is bricked. Can't return via Amazon anymore, so took a video as proof and submitted to manufacturer. They waited some weeks to reply, and offered a 70% refund since my item doesn't work "properly" (it's bricked). When I mention that I cannot use it, they tell me they no longer offer this product (how is this relevant?) and I should do a return through Amazon, which they know is past due. The date posted is the date of my final interaction with this company.
