Shocking company

Absolutely shocking still ongoing with a claim, ask for an update and they copy and paste an old email as a response. Asked to fill basic information out which they should have from the beginning. Can’t believe Churchill use this back street solicitor company.

Still have a claim ongoing only…

Still have a claim ongoing only yesterday did I receive some paperwork which I could have printed off myself and wrote.. had to keep emailing them to even get a reply. Quite worried about all the negative reviews.

Shocking have tried to return an item…

Shocking have tried to return an item for over a month yet I asked straight away. Tried to take it to Post Office with their return label but it wouldn’t scan. Sent several e mails and been totally ignored !!!! Yet they have had the money

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue in our system, the return labels we sent you did not work. We, unfortunately, found out about this recently and were trying to solve the problem so that we could provide you with a working one.

However, the things I mentioned above are in no way an excuse and for that, we are ashamed and beyond sorry for what happened.

We refunded you for your order. You do not need to return the item and deal with the hastle all over again.

Not received my order been trying to…

Not received my order been trying to get hold of The Range and Evri daily and no response. Yet order is paid for as well !!!!
