I was happy to make the acquaintance of the Mavis Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY team. I was promptly greeted, and my concern was addressed. I did not have a long wait. Kudos to the fellow at Mavis New Hyde Park who called ahead to Willis Avenue and assisted me, as the waiting time was less. Very friendly and much appreciated.

They deserve a zero and a federal investigation. They refuse to acknowledge the return despite being provided proof of delivery. Weeks later, and still no credit. Fraudulent operation based upon my experience. Don't buy it if you might have to return it. You'll never see your money.

WOW. Don't deal with this business. I ordered two pairs of sneakers. They don't fit. I have been trying to return them. Hobiebear won't divulge a return address. Instead, they keep adding barriers to the return. First, they want me to try to sell the product; Second, they now want photos of the unworn sneakers that don't fit after telling me that the sneakers need to be repackaged in the box they arrived in. So I'm supposed to reopen the sealed package and send them pictures? Ridiculous. OUTRAGEOUS and the Still they won't divulge the return address. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! Don't deal with them.

I've sent several emails trying to find out where to return the two pairs of sneakers that don't fit and are the wrong size, but I am still waiting for a response. I don't understand the failure to respond. If this keeps up, I won't deal with them again, nor should anyone else.
