The company is registered in U.K. but has not applied the consumers wrights and regulations. The product not even delivered and I have been refused of the refund for the manufacturer table which is not custom made . I would like to the legal process for this company with regards of the breach the consumer rights act!!!!
I am not sure if this company is real or not, because I have placed the order over the month ago and still not received it. Have asked for the refund and they said that can't issue it as the order has been undelivered???

Brutish Airways as the British airports are dreadful, dirty toilets, shamefully poor services overcrowded and looking like a third country's when you are arriving from the Doha. Shame to the British government to not looking after the Britain and BA.

The Royal Mail clearly doesn't able to do the job for what they are paid by the public. My 4th parcel is missing since this year. Perhaps there is a time to do something about? The job of the Royal Mail to DELIVER the post. Where the parcel are going, is the criminal activity in the mail, due to poor management and lack of supervision? Perhaps Royal Mail has to provide the proper security to the public and they mail, and check the employees for their criminal behaviour????
What a great app thanks for AI!!! If AI goes with that speed then humans will start to learn from it and how to communicate!!!

Had two different orders delivered somewhere, not even sure where, but not to my address. I don't understand how is that even possible. Shop has been not supportive
No customer service, only the automation call . Tried to get refund on undelivered products , pay pal should be shamed by not caring for customer support. Shame
I love the way the company use the health sciences and nature sciences together, however would be nice if the company reduced the use of animal gelatine and really started focusing more on ecological methods to produce the gelatine, doesn’t sound too good to kill animals to support the human life isn’t it? Lots of green and vegan options are out of stock, why advertise the Green or Vegan products or even talk about Vegan friendly options if in reality are none available ? We are leaving in very fragile eco system and big companies should start showing an example of changing this world to a better place , rather then keep thinking only about own greed. When big companies will start to take responsibility for the world including every single living creature in this planet then perhaps we can allow our children and grandchildren also call this beautiful planet a home

What a dreadful company!!!! Firstly after Brexit there is the Government tax Secondary on the top of it there is a charge of £13.60 Brokerage Charges????? Patently for UPS to deal with what. O one can clearly explain. Lastly when you try to pay on the phone there is untrained people asking for your card ext without any security online payments!!!! People are rude and unhelpful. With attitude " we'll pay it or don't bother "

Would give even less, I am shocked that balboa Press publisher has any connection with Hay House publisher !!!! Stilling your work and money, dreadful customer service. The guy sitting in customer care ( Name Dixon, hope he gives his correct name lol) is not care at all. Family runs business, not many left Garden Centres like this one. After Covid is become even better with so much different things; spoiled for choice. From traditional Garden related items to food store and two fabulous places to eat. Stuff is very friendly and happy to help, always nice and relaxing atmosphere
