Excellent Quality!
I ordered three trees from Willis a few weeks ago and they just arrived. They were delivered earlier than expected and were in excellent shape! I'm very impressed with the quality of the trees and how easy the delivery process was. I got the 5-6 ft size and will be ordering more!
I'm genuinely impressed
I bought a small sweet pomegranate seedling a few years ago and quite frankly, I'm impressed by this tree. this year it's producing it's first viable fruit. That's not why I'm impressed though. This tree has overcome the Texas freeze after losing 80% of its body to the cold. A year ago it had a giant pine tree completely crush it during our last hurricane and it was pinned for at least a month. So much more that was completely out of my power to stop, it bounced back like nothing ever happened. Granted I step in to assist it as much as I can, but his tree is tough as nails! Ignore the date of purchase, it was purchased about 5+ years ago
Excellent pawpaw trees.
The pawpaw trees came to me bigger than I expected and in great shape. They transplanted well.

I wrote a review last year about an order placed in 2022 that was never received. Willis replied they never cashed the check, but the bank did charge me for it. I sent Willis a copy of the check and a signed receipt from them for the order. I still haven't gotten my seedlings. My advice is don't order anything from them.

Banana tree came wrapped as carefully as possible for this business and on time. Due to temperature shock in transit, my tree took a while to acclimate to the new climate and soil, but now is thriving wonderfully and should sprout me some blossoms next summer or summer after next.

Dead Trees
Two years in a row, I have been sent dead trees. They never showed any signs of life. Unfortunately, they do not give any credit after the replacement credit for the first set of dead trees. I own a tree farm, so I know a thing or two about trees. They tell you that you planted them wrong... even though they were dead on arrival. The graft sites were planted just above ground level. This is very easily evident in the pictures. I'm not sure Willis knows what 6 to 8 inches looks like... that's ridiculous. So I'm out the money and 2 years of growth. I will never do business with this company again. I hope others have better luck.

The fig tree was a waste of money
The fig tree was a waste of money. We followed all the instructions on how to transplant it and leaves were falling off and now for the last 2 months it’s a stick with no leaves. I wasted 70 dollars. I want to try it again but not with this fig tree.

The lilacs came super thin
The lilacs came super thin, like 1/8" thick each. They looked like they pulled up suckers and sent them, and there was only one stem for each plant. They were almost 20.00 each and they sprouted a few leaves and then died. They had no girth or strength and died!
The Bur Oak came in without any buds. One 6' tall, one inch diameter stick, and after several months later it still has not sprouted any leaves!
I basically wasted my money with this company!

Pawpaw trees shipped at an appropriate time and were packed well. Tiny dormant trees looked just like a little twig but they both came to life over the course of spring and summer. I think it was the Collins pawpaw took a lot longer then the other to break dormancy and I really thought it was dead but it finally came to life too.
Kind responsive customer service and good plants
They responded quickly to my questions about shipping, and gave good guidance for managing the plant I got (moso bamboo). Plant shipped quickly and in good condition.
Subject: Disappointed by Lack of Support and Follow-Up
I’m truly disappointed by my experience with Willis Orchard. I reached out regarding a raspberry plant that wasn’t thriving, and after sending the requested photos, I was told to prune it down to where I saw a “green spot” because, as the representative put it, "why would she replace a healthy plant?"
I followed the instructions, but unfortunately, it didn’t help—and now, the other plants have died as well. I didn’t bother reaching back out again because of the poor customer service and lack of follow-up. After receiving no replies to my emails, I’ve come to realize I was simply ghosted.
It’s really disheartening. I genuinely wanted these plants to grow healthy and strong, and I feel I should have been compensated for the loss. Sadly, this experience has left me completely disappointed.

Peach trees are thriving
I placed my order back in Dec of 2021 and now it’s mid July of 2025. I had ordered a bunch of trees mostly peach trees - different varieties and some other. Through trial and error I learned how to care for them to avoid disease and bug infestation and this summer finally got to try the fruit! Trees are also doing great! I wish there was a way to upload photos on here to show you how loaded they are with peaches!
Run far and fast

Great product.
Tree arrived in great shape. A few days after planting. The weather turn to instant heat wave for a couple of days. All the newly sprouted leaves fell off the next day. I wasn’t home at the time to get shade cloth up to protect the tree. The tree came back strong in a few weeks looks better than when I received it. There are even a couple of quarter size fruits developing on the tree.
I really like this company
I really like this company. I have ordered multiple times and have been pleased with all the plants I have purchased.
