My recent experience was poor

My recent experience was poor. I waited about a week after placing my order without any indication for shipment. It was a few days after the deadline for shipment that I tried contacting customer service. It was difficult to get a hold of them and when I did, I was advised that someone would be contacting me regarding my order status. I never received a call. I sent some emails through the website that went unanswered. After several attempts at phone calls I finally left message that I would be requesting a chargeback from the CC company. Customer service contacted me and I asked them to cancel the complete order given the whole situation. They did so, though it was clear they didn't care as to the reasons why I was cancelling. I subsequently placed the order through Chris Coffee who mailed it that same day.
