Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO.
Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box.
Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.

Found a part that I needed at a fantastic price, but the experience was marred by really slow shipping. In the era of Amazon etc same or next day shipping, to take well over a week seems anachronistic and somewhat unacceptable.
