The customer handling team is very responsive they promptly reply to my all queries.

Badly manufactured and fitted bi fold doors. The doors were initially very stiff to close but we were assured that they'd get easier with time, they did not. After opening the doors approx 10 times the locking handle broke off. I reported the fault 7 months ago. We're now on our 3rd replacement handle, the previous 2 broke off in the fitters hands! During their last visit we were informed that the locking mechanism had been installed upside down and 6 hinge screws were missing. The fitters left saying that they'd pop back with the screws..... that was a month ago. I can only assume that the screws are being manufactured by an artisan in a workshop somewhere due to their unique nature!
It clearly states on the company website that the customer should chase up information about the progress of complaints. THE ONUS IS ON YOU THE BUYER.
This is not the first time we have had issues with our conservatory. Unfortunately on the last occasion we had to resort to legal action to resolve the issue as the company stubbornly refused to accept their burden of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just had a replacement porch fitted complete with a fantastic glass roof. Visual came out to quote and measure and very quickly and efficiently fitted it once we’d agreed a price. Great value for money, professional fitters and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very good experience.

We have a fantastic Orangery installed completed last week.

The company is professional kept us informed every stage of the process, used a good quality materials, workers were professional and helpful.

I booked Visual to fit new french doors and replace some windows at my house- outstanding company and a pleasure to work with throughout. Their customer service was superb from start to finish- really knowledgeable team who provide sound advice and go above and beyond for customers. The installation team (Paul and Jake) were true professionals who got the job done within the timescales- again really good customer service and the finished product is faultless.

Visual Effect Conservatories of Mirfield, West Yorkshire has exceeded our expectations.
We needed to replace a 20+ year old wooden conservatory that was in a poor state of repair.
Having seen their tv advert, we invited them to provide a quote and to design a replacement for quite a sizeable conservatory which we were happy with.
They promptly turned up and at the appointed time. This was followed up by a detailed design and a quote that was within our budget.
About a month later, they started on the new conservatory with all work completed within 4 days.
There are so many areas to praise:
First, all the people we met were very friendly and experienced in their jobs. We could list all the names here but we would hate to accidentally leave someone out. The quality of the work is excellent and they took a pride in what they did as if it were their own conservatory. They also took great care of our lawn and property and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. One of the managers rang us at the end of every day to check on the progress of the work and to check that we were happy and gave us an opportunity for any feedback. This was a nice touch.
In terms of the conservatory itself, we were particularly impressed with the quality of the product. We have a glass roof instead of the previous past its sell by date polycarbonate roof. It has made a significant, pleasant difference. The windows and doors are very well made and utilise all the modern technology you would expect with a modern product. Security is also a strong point from the door hinges to the state of the art door locks, giving extra peace of mind.
The overall conservatory is impressive. It is beautiful to look at and certainly enhances our property. Everything Visual Effect Conservatories has done for us has been greatly appreciated and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others. One acid test of a recommendation is would you use them again? In a flash the answer is yes. Thank you Visual.

From initial survey to completion all work was carried out efficiently, Professionally and on time with no hidden costs. The workmen were polite and friendly and got on with their work and cleaned up at the end of each day taking away any rubbish relating to the job including old fittings. The office team kept in touch throughout the build which was lovely to see that they cared. I am very impressed with the end result, this has now allowed us to use a room all year round instead of just in the summer. I am very happy with the service that visual provided. And will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family

Recently had windows fitted by Visual Conservatories, we are returning customers and cannot believe some of these picky reviews I have seen. Once again The customer services was fantastic right from the initial sales visits to the aftercare and follow up provided. The quality of the windows is amazing and has improved the heating in our house. Again we Have used Visual for our conservatory roof replacement and was equally impressed with the service and products provided then. Would highly recommend these guys over and over again to all.

Excellent from start to finish, We had a very nice Sales person who spent lot of time going through everything showing us what type of glass would go in the windows to what windows and doors would look good to suit our property, The Fitters came on the day and time we were booked, were both extremely kind and professional and they also did a top job so what more can you ask, what a great set of lads thank you.

Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. The after sales service is lacking. We have essentially bought a very expensive water feature which is attached to our house. The company do not want to know and we have been given the runaround. Apparently it is our fault as we did not know about the construction of conservatories. I’m angry with myself for not reading reviews where it is blear aftercare is lacking. Our conservatory is less than nine months old and we are left with a bill for thousands to fix. Ask yourself does this sound right? You know it doesn’t. Their response to my review is not borne out by their emails to me and my water feature remains while I look for a solution myself that does not invalidate the so called 20 year guarantee. As I say read and make up your own minds.

I've used Visual a number of times over the last few years and have to say that I have been impressed by the service provided. It's hard to find good companies to deliver a good service, but Steve and his team work hard to look after their customers and provide an efficient service and quality product.
