After having a conservatory built a few years ago we went back a second time when we needed a new door and a couple of windows. Great customer service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and good service from everyone at Visual. Would definitely recommend to others

Cannot say how pleased we are with the recent work carried out by Visual. They built an Orangery for us a while back and we were very pleased with how that went so it was logical for us to ask them to quote for new windows and replace the front porch. I had an idea in my head of how it would look but with the help of Steven Brewer from their sales team, they managed to supply us with a very beautiful front porch with the wow factor. From Sales through to all the trades we were happy with the quality, organization, and friendliness of the various teams. They would be my first go-to on any ongoing projects and the best bit was they were way cheaper than Safestyle and Coral windows. Safestyle fitted our last windows which never really fitted properly this time Visual have delivered a high-quality product and I,m delighted. Not sure where the negative comments have come from but it's not the company I recognize or experienced and I,m pretty picky with work done.
I have no problem with recommending them.

We are very pleased with the construction of our conservatory. Good workmanship by the builders, fitters, electrician and plasterers. Pleased with the finish and how it looks.
Everyone was very respectful towards us and our property.

We found Visual through internet search.we visited them and spoke to them through their director Steve cooper, and we’re impressed by their simple uncomplicated process of talking us through the process of how it works and the the time lives for commissioning a conservatory.

We had a particular design in mind and visuals were so responsive and delivered exactly what we were planning. The end product is excellent. We are so pleased. The work was completed well in time.

Excellent service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, the design process, groundwork, the actual build and installation and completion.

While, All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations took place as promised. The payment schedule was clear, although I was not impressed by unnecessary being chased for payments, as we paid exactly within a day of the requested schedule. Nothing too much to put us off.

We can speak highly of Gary and Dominic who fitted the special roof and we’re so friendly and polite. All trades man from plumbing to electrician and plaster guys did a great job.

Can think of any glitches at all, we have already recommended visuals to several friends and new neighbours who are considering a conservatory.

We look forward to enjoy this wonderful living space.

Great service, professional in every way.
Had a new “self clean” roof fitted to existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally.
Only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!!
Conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant in all respects. I could not recommend them more highly.

Visual were recommended by friends, and we were able to see the quality of their work.
Great service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, through the design process, survey, groundwork, build and installation.
All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations and the various trades who arrived in a timely manner.
All the trades were polite and professional and tidied up behind themselves.
Particularly impressed with the communication from Richard who kept us up to date with timings, next steps plus answer any question we had.

Visual installed an Orangery on our newly built property the teams were excellent from those that put in the foundations to those that finished off and snagged the end result is just fantastic an extra room at an extremely competitive cost we are the envy of our neighbours cannot recommend them enough just make sure you have plenty of tea and biscuits for the guys shame I can’t add photos

Visual replaced my old windows in September and I'm incredibly happy, the lads who fitted couldn't have had a worse day.. it snowed pretty heavy, but they stayed until the job was done, they even cleaned up even though I told them it was fine given the weather, very professional nice lads.
I live on a main road and the sound has been massively reduced and I love not having a breeze blow through the frames anymore. my rooms heat up much quicker now and stay warm.

I got my new doors fitted on Saturday. I wanted to replace the old UPVC ones for some that were more robust and more secure, that also wasn't too expensive, so I went with their Frontline composite doors. Extremely happy with the quality and how they look. Lovely fitting guys too! Would absolutely recommend Visual!

Not a five because lack of communication between trades. Otherwise very good service and product.

Can’t praise these people high enough. Very professional in their work ,did an excellent job and cleared everything up when finished. Will definitely recommend to everyone .Thankyou visual….. windows and door are perfect 🙂👍

I have just had a solid roof put on my existing conservatory and I cannot praise highly enough the quality of the product and the installation team.The installation team worked in all weather conditions and even replaced existing guttering on the house.Finished product excellent and would highly recommend this company for price, professionalism and quality.

Slow to start due to current supply problems BUT once they got started things moved on at a pace. A great team from digging out, laying concrete base, building walls and finally erecting frames, glazing, electrics etc. Cannot thank you enough. No mess left, lovely conservatory. I can honestly say that every single person from visual, that was involved in my project, from the initial visit by the salesman to the joiner who fit the final door connecting the orangery to the original kitchen,
was professional polite and more importantly skilled in whatever trade they were responsible for.
Having major works carried out during a national pandemic, with a major shortage of materials and issues with tradesmen having to self isolate, could have been a nightmare but thanks to the coordination from the two supervisors everything went relatively smoothly. There were some delays which were out of their control but I was kept constantly in the loop and never had any concerns about the progress. I was also impressed with the follow up phone calls to get feedback and check that I was happy at each stage.
Visual did not try to cut costs. All the fixtures and fittings from the sliding doors to the sockets and light switches were of a high quality. There were also times when they went above and beyond. As an example part of the contract involved converting a door to a window and when they removed the door step outside it left a patch of dry earth so the builder went out and sourced some sets to match the drive and laid them for me at no extra cost
My neighbours and even the builders, that are now fitting my new kitchen, are impressed so all I can say is thank you to every single one of you who were involved. I would certainly recommend

We had a new solid conservatory roof and windows to replace our old conservatory.From the initial start to completion was very good, we was not pressured to sign by the salesman Steve who went into great detail about their product. The fitters Mark and Steve did an exceptional job throughout and worked hard.Customer service was good.From plastering to the electrician went smoothly to the final fix by Howard.I have a good eye for detail and can be hard to please so I am thoroughly happy with the completion and would highly recommended there work.

Thank you so much the extension went as planned only delay was due to the plastering due to a shortage but only by a week
Visual builders cleaned up and hosed down after they constructed the building .
Mark and Stephen the fitters were polite explained the process
Lee the electrician rang to arrange a suitable time for us to meet to arrange the down-lights positions etc

Extremely delighted with my orangery from Visual. I found the team of guys very polite, professional, hardworking and helpful. I’ve had many compliments on the finished build and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered a glassroom in March still waiting for it to be sorted.... No communication just wanted the paperwork signing for payment avoid at all costs.....
Now the end of September they have just been again to sort out the ill fitting/locking patio doors yes they have managed to make the fit worse and the doors harder to lock unbelievable.
