I've used Visual a number of times over the last few years and have to say that I have been impressed by the service provided. It's hard to find good companies to deliver a good service, but Steve and his team work hard to look after their customers and provide an efficient service and quality product. I have and would definitely recommend them.

Placed an order 3rd Jan 2022. No update on order. Still not arrived. Phone number is unobtainable (check for yourself), no response by email or live chat initially. Have now received a live chat update but phone no. still doesn't work. I'm awaiting delivery in the next few days so will update if things change! Poor service so far!

So, as expected, no update on delivery, phone still not connecting, don't respond to emails or chat on website.
After a few days of trying, I finally got a response and the customer service person chased up the order. I finally received it, but was very unhappy with the quality of the frames.
I complained and the team did help to resolve my issue quickly in fairness and apologised for the poor customer service previously. I have therefore amended my rating, but certainly would not recommend to purchase from this company.
