Amazing. Initially left a 1 star review as the paper had separated. The company got in touch and issued a complimentary replacement. How fantastic is that!! 5 ***** all the way!!

Yeah lovely. Always sceptical. Live in a hard water area and use two X caps per wash. Smells lovely before during and after. Had a leak from a large box order and recvd some samples to compensate so great customer service too. 5*

Brilliant service from the first contact with Sophie. Love the no fuss interaction. Left to browse at ease. No salesman pressure. Great experience throughout. Thanks so much.( Just need a touch up of paint outside where the collection / valuation area is lol )!

I had originally tried the peach collagen and the taste was awful. I left an honest review. The customer service was excellent and was promptly followed up with offers to try another product, watermelon flavour. Pro collagen. Again it's not a nice flavour but an improvement on the peach. I didn't see or was expecting to see any results after just one box of 30 sachets... But £50 a box?? Wowsers absolutely NO way I'd be spending that kind of money on a plant based collagen which isn't pleasant to take. Cannot fault the customer service. 5/5. But for me.. I'll stick with ancient and brave where I did see results and it's cheaper and has no taste so is added to any drink of choice .

Review of AlloyGator Wheel Protection
Used alloygators. The company had my review removed. So I'll post it again in hope to save others damaging their alloys.
i have used these on two cars. they have ruined both cars alloys with corrosion when removed as apparently "if they are poorly fitted or the alloy is dirty before applying, this will happen"> they were fitted on brand new cars in the showroom. there was no risk of dirt!. the head office at alloygator have advised me renaults and citroens are apparently notorious for corrosion. however having had new cars for past 31 years and NEVER having any issues with corrosion until using alloygators i personally see a theme that alloygators have ruined the alloys! i stand by my assumption. i would never recommend. its cheaper to repair the alloy IF they get knocked,

A great platform to praise and highlight poor companies.
Review of Stellantis Financial Services UK
Nothing short of disgraceful to be honest. Complaint sent 10 weeks ago. Absolutely no response.. including three follow up emails.
This company will hike their financial contracts in pure discrimination towards certain customers for car finance.
Shop.around. avoid these con artists.
Ombudsman on the case now.
Edited to add still.no communication off stellantis and several months now still waiting for ombudsman to acknowledge

Concept is great. Pods are small. Customer service is excellent.
Just started with product so will give a 4/5 for now and see how it goes. £40+ initially outlay stops me leaving a 5*. So far so good.
Edited June 2025.
Used 4 pods so far.
Work well
Now it's super hot weather they seem to struggle.. unlike other brands.
It's a bit grainy to use and doesn't work as well as I would like in hot weather. The pods don't stay as solid as other brands.
Worth a try though and after initial large outlay have to say have saved ££ so far.

How can you not give 5 stars to a wonderful company who support charities and give someone the opportunity to win some fantastic prizes. I'm in the draw... Here's hoping.

I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This company is MAKING me try the product again and again even though I have advised them I DO NOT LIKE HOW THE PRODUCT FEELS AND IS ULTIMATELY RUINING MY HEALTHY NAILS.
If you, like me, believed the UV lamp was the cause of wrecking your nails, you too may be interested in trying this new concept.
However, having only applied the product with 2 coats (as a video recommended) and not 4 as other videos recommended, I instantly could tell the product was going to be not to my liking.
It made my soft nails rock hard and "ached" my nail bed, so much so after applying at 8pm I had removed them by 1pm next day.
Even in that short space of time my nail is ruined.
So after the promise of a full refund if not satisfied, I sent them the evidence I had used it, the soreness on my cuticle and still they insist I must ruin another nail before I can receive a refund.
I am happy to return to the product.
I want to return it because I wont use it again
4 colours and only one opened.
I understand the hygiene reasons for not returning, but some items are still sealed and unused.
BUT TO HOLD A CUSTOMER TO RANSOM IS JUST NOT RIGHT.
Had I gone into a salon, and had an issue I would expect the right outcome and insisting I MUST try again is just wrong on every level.
I fully understand trying again if the product wasnt working correctly. Due to poor application. But I simply do NOT like the hardening sensation and how quick it has damaged my nail. Having being advised If I do not love the product I can get a full refund, DO NOT believe this. I see others too have struggled to get refunds.
We aren't all equipped to cope with botox, hair extensions, fake tan, hard nails, laminated eyebrows etc..
I am just a grandmother, who thought trying a product without a UV lamp would be a good idea.
It isn't, and making me try again is a TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
For the record the product is good and does the same as a salon to some degree, the issue being an untrained applier will always find it more difficult than a professional. But this STILL ruins your nails.
Their website states: Will it damage the skin & nails?
It actually protects & strenghtens (typo, along with the incorrect vidoes for instructions too) the nails because Dip powder manicures fortify and shield nails with their distinctive formula.
The process creates a sturdy surface that resists chipping and cracking, safeguarding the natural nail.
The formula also promotes nail strength, offering added protection and resilience.
UPDATED TO ADD A FULL REFUND WAS OFFERED EVENTUALLY

wanted so badly for these to feel like clouds on my feet for the price. however i found them so stiff, zip dug into ankle (i have such thin ankles too), back of boot is high behind knee and i have long legs, at 5ft 11 tall i am not short either. they were beautifully packaged. i tried the navy suede. they have been returned and i am awaiting a refund. £355 very expensive.
