AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid these like the plague. Seriously don't sign up with them.
Cancelled my subscription and sent the equipment back using tracked postage. To receive email that their courier had received the parcel. To then receive another email weeks later threatening me to charge for the equipment that they had already confirmed they had received. Not only that their customer service advisors could really do with learning how to speak English properly as when you do finally find a number and try to speak to someone it's impossible to understand the broken English they is.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Disappointing service

Disappointing service. Received a letter stating they had enclosed my Certificate of Entitlement to my private to have no certificate in with the letter. However I was contacted the day I left my initial review and they did sort the issue/ mix up straight away. So they went from a 1 star to a 4 star. Can't fault the service from the sales staff

AVOID THIS ROBBING COMPANY

Bought a flight experience for my son. Spent weeks attempting to contact them to book the experience. Emails, phone calls.
This Mark Lee who owns the business has 3 other similar companies all dissolved. Scam artist. Think I might just drive up to this Eden training and hopefully drop on the little scum bag. Seen several other reviews like mine. No doubt he'll pop this company and start another when the reviews get too bad.

Avoid these like the plague.

Avoid these like the plague.
Was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. 3rd party admitted fault at the scene and also to my insurance (Saga)
They recommend a claim solicitor company WINN solicitors to deal with the claim. After taking delivery of hire car. The claim virtually stopped! Car was written off eventually after 12 weeks paid out with a £1400 shortfall of what the car was valued by the independent engineer who worked for WINN. Took hire car off us while we are still fighting the case.
Contacted Saga legal support which we paid extra for to be told very little , very little help. The whole experience of accident and stress of constantly chasing for updates is ridiculous. I am now financially out of pocket and physically and mentally ill due to the stress of it all.
They pride themselves in offering insurance to over 50s and older god forbid someone older or infirm having to deal with them.
Seriously if you have parents or elderly family or friends thinking about going with them please please make sure they don't.

Delayed delayed delayed

Swerved to avoid traffic and ended up with my vehicle at a 45 degree angle in a ditch.
Rang at 11.30 still sat here and kept being told it's delayed. Was an hour when rang now it's 8 hours later. Still waiting for a patrol. Really need more vans on the road seems it's a pattern of being left stuck for hours on end.

Paid for express service

Paid for express service. Parcel still hasn't arrived. My customer required the item quickly but because it hasn't arrive he's cancelled the order costing me hundreds of pounds

Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money.
The products they now sell a virtually useless. Spent over £500.00 for a tonne of ovals.
These are about as much use as burning newspaper. No heat produces masses of ash. Don't burn long. Everything that could be wrong with their product is.
Please go else way and save your hard earned cash. I am now having to look for another tonne of fuel to keep my house warm

Don't take orders if you can't complete them

I know restaurants are busy on Saturdays. But 2hrs 30 mins for a KFC order is just a joke. Tried to cancel but told I wouldn't be refunded.
I normally drive and order but a few beers stopped that.
I could have F#@king walked quicker

Horrendous products

Horrendous products. Order flower card for mine and my wife’s wedding anniversary. Card came days early card damaged and flowers were half dead. For 22.95 with postage this was an absolute rip off. Contacted them and was told I would receive a refund, just need to email pics Done so and heard nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE GARBAGE
