The delivery is my ceiling system was super quick and convenient. Some slight damage occurred to my main bars while in tubes, but nothing too serious. A little confused about the surcharge on the light s for extra packing, when there was none. Maybe justified to charge on a single item being delivered, but waived when part of a bigger order

I noticed your comment on the delivery surcharge for the LED panels. The delivery surcharge was for the grid system, not the lights to clarify.
Delivery of tubes that the main T and angle are shipped in is a costly service and delivery is not included in the product cost to provide a fair and competitive price to all customers.
I also noticed your comment on the damaged main T's. If the damage has compromised your install or made your short to complete this project, please get in contact and we can send some replacements to you.

I started this review with 1 star as the tiles were damaged on arrival.
But Uk Suspended Ceilings responded very quickly and are supplying new Tiles.

Thank you for your order and sorry to hear and see the damage of the prismatic tiles from your emails this morning. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We rely heavily on the couriers taking care when delivering to our customers, We know that if the packages (especially the prismatic tiles) are dealt with heavily handed by the courier, leaves them prone to damage.
We always do our best to protect the package/corners as best we can economically, so it is always disappointing to hear of issues like yours, as we pride our company values on quick shipment and customer service throughout.
My colleague Mike has replied back to your email this morning (we were out of office over the weekend) and are shipping replacements out today on a next day service.
For your reassurance and to give the replacement package/tiles the best chance of being received as we'd expect, the package will be double edged protected.
