Travel FX consistently gives the best exchange rates. I always compare against others and for the past few years they have always had the best rates. Ordering is easy, delivery of cash in notes is on time and reverse exchange of unused notes is provided for and again the rates are best.

Advised parcel delivered to a safe place, assumed my porch but not there. Checked outside back of house garage, not there. found against neighbour's garage not secur e/ not safe place and subject to bad weather. Not advised exactly where. Safe place is front porch just means driver has to walk a short distance to deliver to front door or porch

Engineer (Mark) came the next day to assess the damage and required fix. Very quick to determine the fault, the necessary replacement of the control panel and possibly the motor. The new panel working made it possible to check the motor which was ok. On good advice I had sensors fitted.
I appreciate very much the speed in attending, the engineer, Mark's professionalism, level of work and advice given in all matters regarding the repair and future use. If necessary will first request GDF and Wudhus. Recommended.

That I was able to double the number of chances which is very helpful when having to make a choice on what to afford. However, given the options to pay more or less and considering the prizes, it is well worth participating with any number of chances however many or few. The houses are magnificent, as are the vehicles and the cash are worth taking the chance.

The bus from Car park to North terminal stops a long way, possibly a couple of hundred yards away from the actual entrance. I believe there was some form of information which stated it to be 4 minutes (from the bust stop) Why stop so far away, when it appeared to me that the bus then proceeds to go past the terminal entrance? (it was going on to the South terminal). I am elderly and although having probably mild walking difficulty, would have appreciated being dropped off at the terminal entrance. There would be others likely more needing than me. What is the point of being dropped off other than at the entrance,

On first driving into the car park, being directed to the lane to park in and leaving the car a yellow card was handed to me by the person directing. The card requested details which I assumed needed to be filled in. Inside the reception I was the only person to be dealt with. I went to a shelf to fill in the card but a receptionist shouted to me that the card did not need completing so I stopped and left the card on the shelf. When handing in my car key and giving my name I was asked for the yellow card. So although not requiring completion of details shown, the card was still needed by reception. Confusing process.

On return to Gatwick I and many others waited 20 minutes for the bus to the car park. This might be normal though seems to long especially whilst waiting two of the car park buses went past empty. I consider this needs improvement and will think to use other parking in future

The driver waited until I opened the door and was friendly when handing over the parcel. Didn't just dump it on the floor of proch and leave.

I was surprised when answering the door to see my package was being delivered. Although expected I was very pleased that the time between the package arriving at Yodel and being delivered to me was not unecessarily delayed as experienced with another courier time and again. I have always been happy with Yodel and wish more would choose them to deliver.

The prizes are amazing with many chances of winning and varying options in buying those chances, including doubling them withiut additional charge. Possibly a greater chance if buying huge amounts but I cannot say. As far as I know it's as much a chance as any similar draw but with amazing prizes more than worth winning. It is also good that a variety of charities are helped within the competitions.
