Broken tiles Fixed

I started this review with 1 star as the tiles were damaged on arrival.
But Uk Suspended Ceilings responded very quickly and are supplying new Tiles.
Very impressed with the service and i will use them again

Thank you for your order and sorry to hear and see the damage of the prismatic tiles from your emails this morning. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We rely heavily on the couriers taking care when delivering to our customers, We know that if the packages (especially the prismatic tiles) are dealt with heavily handed by the courier, leaves them prone to damage.

We always do our best to protect the package/corners as best we can economically, so it is always disappointing to hear of issues like yours, as we pride our company values on quick shipment and customer service throughout.

My colleague Mike has replied back to your email this morning (we were out of office over the weekend) and are shipping replacements out today on a next day service.

For your reassurance and to give the replacement package/tiles the best chance of being received as we'd expect, the package will be double edged protected.
