Ordered a pushchair Thursday evening, was dispatched the following morning and has turned up this morning, literally not even two full days from point of order to delivery, so impressed, pushchair is beautiful, i couldn't find the colour in stock anywhere else and nearly £200 cheaper here than everywhere else. Amazing service, honestly couldn’t fault it, great experience. Thanks so much. Will definitely be coming back when i need something else!

If i could give zero stars i absolutely would. Absolutely appalling customer service from this company, do not stick to the terms on their website, when you state that an order will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm, you expect the order to be dispatched the same day, i am still waiting for my order to be dispatched and yet have been told via whatsapp numerous times the order was ready and just awaiting dispatch. I asked for them to cancel and refund my order and was told if it hadn't been dispatched on the sunday (which we all knew it wouldn't be) i could have my refund, i have asked for this refund and they have ignored me and since blocked me on whatsapp. Wonderful customer service, if you want your money taken to either not receive your order, wait weeks for the order (as is clear in other reviews) or get the incorrect item with zero resolution, i would suggest you all just avoid this company, it will end up getting liquidated if it continues running the way it is. Disgusting service. I have now submitted a chargeback through my bank and sent all the screenshots of the conversation where they even clearly state i will be getting a refund if not dispatched. Go somewhere more reputable.
