Saw the car seat i was looking for on line at a great offer at reduced price. I was buying to 2 so bigger saving. Delivery was included and was very quick couple of days. Very happy with purchase and process will use them again.
I had to change date and venue for my booking. I went to Tui Glasgow Fort. Jean answered all my queries and assisted me to make the change seamlessly to a more expensive holiday later in the year. Good old fashioned customer service I will definitely return to the store and Jean

I used No 1 as rate was good and I thought collection from Glasgow Fort would have been easy. When notified of order being ready I went to Barrhead travel. I was informed it was a cash only transction as shown on the email, I believe this should have been bolder in email. Manager told me I could go to cash machine round corner, I raised concern on amount I needed but told no problem, it was. I had to make special run to my bank as withdrawal was over banks £500 machine daily limit. I returned next day at 9.40 as opening shown as 9.30 online. Manager informed me to return in 20 min as they weren't ready as she sat briefing. Glad to say woman in cash assured me it would be ready for me. It was ready and the member of staff was very good. I will use another exchange in future for friendly easy transactions AND holidays.
