Bogus company!
Do not order from The Bloom & Bond. I ordered the pumpkin seed oil capsules and tested the oil against some legitimate Holland & Barrett capsules. They aren’t filled with pumpkin seed oil, it’s a odourless, lighter oil. Anyone claiming the capsules are making a difference to their hair is either working for them or it’s a placebo effect I’m afraid.
The company has numerous names and uses other content creators videos to claim them as their own. When I emailed the company, ‘Michelle’ replied with a fake certificate of authenticity which AI recognised as a replica with ease.
I have asked for a refund, but now not getting a response. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I think I can see some new growth but think it’s too early to say.

I’ve been taking the supplements consistently for nearly 2 months and although I am still seeing shedding, I have a lot of new baby hair appearing.

These have helped stop the endless shedding my already thin and fine hair was experiencing. Too soon to figure out if it’s assisting new growth, I can’t see noticeable growth in the areas around the face which were ravaged by shedding, but now that has stopped and stabilised - hopefully growth comes next.

Ordered from this company on the 20th July. It said to allow 8-10 working days which was fine but within this time I did not receive any updates on shipping or delivery. Just the original email when I made the purchase. It says royal makl tracked delivery but cannot be tracked. When I contacted the company they did not respond.

SCAM!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! Their website offers the buy 1 get 1 free option for £23. They only sent me 1 bottle and claim I chose another option (which I never did, my receipt proves it). "Michaella" is the customer service person, she made lots of excuses hiding behind "apologies" but won't send the 1 free bottle. Stay Away!

TOTAL SCAM - AVOID!!! ordered mine a couple of months ago and never received my £80 order... any attempt to get a refund are just ignored.. Where is my cash?? "Daylight robbery" - insane!
