Today my product arrived…[UK]
Sigh of relief as I read so many reviews stating it was a scam…
Delivery was slow, ordered 24/09/25
Delivered 15/10/25 but customer services kept contact with me. The fact the Royal Mail tracking number was not recognised rang alarm bells…
But it arrived safe & sound and will start tomorrow, my hormonal post menopause hair needs all the help it can get…

Was bought as a gift so paid for gift wrap and personalised tag.
The actual tag on the jar was tatty, bent could see where a price tag had been peeled off… really not what I expected for a £60 jar of honey…
I was a little embarrassed when my friend opened it…
The personalised tag was just a pre printed label stuck on a card…
I discussed the above with customer services and I was refunded the wrapping and postage which was appreciated

Travelled direct from Leeds to St Austell in Cornwall yesterday. Just over 7 hours…
What a stressful, claustrophobic journey that was!
Where are health and safety regulations here?
I was allocated a seat but after stepping one foot on the train we could go no further for over 20 minutes! Trying to get down the centre of the carriage with a suitcase was almost impossible due to the volume of people already standing and numerous suitcases..
it became apparent many seats were double, triple booked… I was asked to move twice as my seat was also allocated to 2 more people? Couldn’t get out of my seat to use the toilet, go buy a sandwich and no one came to collect any rubbish for 7 hours! Absolute disgusting mess… these are not tube trains where everyone crams in…but yesterday was just like that.
Not a safe pleasant journey on many levels!!!

Booked a short break on Devon Cliffs through Newmans holidays…
Caravan was on cyprus way, the most filthy, unhealthy accommodation we have ever stayed in! We cut the break short due to the smell and dirty conditions..
Yes it had a seaview, it ends there!
Maintenance brought us sheets to cover the filthy sofa the night we arrived. We had to go out and purchase cleaning products as the fridge and freezer still had food in it and stained, crumbs on the toaster and work tops, oven gloves should have been thrown away. Scatter cushion covered in god knows what stains, filthy mattresses the list goes on!
Our dog was barking to get under the sofa, pulled it out to find a half eaten dog bone, chips, mushrooms, e canister and a full set of human toenail clippings!!!!!
We left the next day… customer service is atrocious..they gave us £25 initially for our cleaning products… because, you know… it’s what you really want to do after a long drive..
but we just couldn’t relax or stay any longer..
We asked for a partial refund, customers services said we were happy to accept the £25 and thought that was the end of it…talking over me was not the route to take. we battled to get a partial refund so after copying heads of department in our emails as we were getting nowhere it was granted.. terrible company, customer services and filthy unhealthy accommodation. Shame you cannot add photos to this review, they have opened a few eyes to the people I’ve shared them with.

First time booking with this company. They were helpful organising new dates due to lockdown but sadly the accommodation was far from perfect. I have sent photos to them and they agreed it was unacceptable, the grime of the carpets and broken furniture, shower seat and radiator towel rail, missing keys… shabby clicked towels..the list goes on! We feel very let down, who ever checks those properties and gives them a star rating are not doing their job correctly. Telling me to bear in mind it has been extremely busy due to people not been able to travel and that they sometimes treat accommodation like when they are abroad…is really not my concern..
We couldn’t afford to rebook the same week a year on due to the price increase of several hundred pounds so opted for February so not to lose our money. Still having to pay additional money for the week we agreed on.
Due to the accommodation not been checked regularly as they continue to advertise, especially after covid I wouldn’t use this company again
