Fake company

I messaged them back in August asking them to confirm whether their product is made in and/or shipped from China. Message was read immediately but no response.
I followed up a month later asking when I would get a response, someone called Ellie answered all friendly and nice, oh how can we help you today, 'I can't see any message from you in August it may be a Facebook bug', no it's not a bug, you just refuse to answer the question amd obviously deleted my message! I copied and pasted the message again, zero response. I've followed up twice, all read and all ignored. They will only engage with you when they think youre about to spend money. They will not tell you where the product is made.

All I can deduce from this is that the product comes from China, is likely not safe/legitimate, and the company has no integrity or honesty about it's trading.

Avoid at all costs, the product is likely not safe or ethical.

Won’t buy again

Pumpkin oil gels. Took weeks to arrive. Ordered 6 months supply. Package dosage said 3/day equalling 480 gels for 6 months, received 180 gels, only enough for 2 months. Contacted customer service to be told that new manufacturing guidelines were 1/day with the same results. Nothing like that advice on advert or with the package although a sticker had been strategically placed over the dosage advice….I picked it off! I feel conned and unsure of how many to take now, lost trust.

I totally agree with the other recent…

I totally agree with the other recent reviewer. I would not have purchased a supplement if it had disclosed that it was from China. No Way!!!! Now cannot find out how and where to return. The address is of an apartment in Co. BEWARE!

Supplement from China and not Wyoming

Ordered pumpkin seed oil supplement on June 7 believing the product was made and shipped from Casper, Wyoming. Nothing on website mentions China. Shipping manifest says it is coming from Huanhan Logistics, China. I cannot trust a supplement coming from China.
Update: Received product June 28. Manifest says it went through Hong Kong and then NJ. Shipping label is from a home address in Piscataway, NJ (and the person's name is misspelled). The product has no manufacturer branding on it. Back of product says it is distributed by US Berlin Gene Ltd. in Denver, CO. Contacted support to start return, as website says full refund within 100 days and return shipping is paid. I have not opened the product. Support emailed back, stating I would need to return the product to their international warehouse (aka, China) or I could receive a 50% refund now and not hassle with the return.
