Hello Jules,
Thanks for your review, but you're leaving out a key detail. Your license will remain active for the lifetime of the product, but we have always charged yearly renewal fees to all clients who purchase our products. We previously offered "Owned" licenses that are a one-time purchase with lifetime access to support and downloads. You did not purchase that license type. You purchased a yearly renewal license, so it's up to you to renew your license in order to gain access to the latest versions of our products.
While switching to our new licensing system was a process and an inconvenience to our customers, we gave all of our customers a free year of support and downloads in June of 2021. That expired in June of 2022, and your license is currently expired. We have sent numerous communications, posted blogs, and sent out social media messaging to all our customers. You could either renew your license or move to another product during that time.
I believe your review is disingenuous, and we have been more than fair to our clients and transparent since the license system migration. I'm sorry you feel you've been bamboozled. We're here if you have any further questions.

Allure Blesta is the one of the best…
Allure Blesta is the one of the best theme but definitely it needs some improvements like a bit of packages gui improvement and bit more fix of gui design . Overall its very good and well written and tested blesta and whmcs theme . The price of the theme is also in budget and is perfect for the hosting companies looking for elegant and beautiful Billing panel design .

All of the usability features that WHMCS have gradually removed and made worse or refused to improve, all resolved in this theme, and done so much better than WHMCS would have ever done it!

The themes are really sublime !
The themes are really sublime I find the price expensive but after contacting the support they were able to describe to me why the price was so high they showed me their attachment to this price and their desire to continue to satisfy us as much as possible and that has no price! Really top I recommend!

Administration UI/UX is an outstanding WHMCS theme
John has complimented the administration UI/UX with an outstanding theme for Admins. When ever support was required it has been very responsive and positive. Regular theme updates provide improvements with WHMCS updates that keep this admin theme desirable, productive and stable which provides us with multi installs. Great work!

Good product and reliable contact
I have been using a WHMCS template (allure) from Swiftmodders for a few years now and can only highly recommend both the product and the support. The template works reliably and updates for new WHMCS versions are released quickly.
