Bad products
Dont buy anything. I think they ordered from temu accordingly to the quality.

A return requires filling in an entire A4 page form with many numbers. Then you have to send the package to eastern Europe which costs almost 20 euro from NL.
Horrible
Horrible. A frivolous company that does not respond to inquiries sent to them. Even after sending several inquiries, you cannot get any information from them about purchases and the products they sell. There is no communication with customers. I assume that they also handle any complaints. I do not know what the contact form on their website is for. Obviously, it is just to mislead customers. My advice is to AVOID THEM.

Ordered a product and arrived damaged and dirty. Returned product, and ordered again. Second time the product arrived dirty and worn. It's a disgrace!

We ordered a pair of skates, paid online and waited for the order. Then two days later I accidentally found an email from sportisimo eshop in my spam folder informing me that the order cannot be fulfilled.
I would expect an immediate phone call so that we could order something else. The have not returned my money yet. I do not recommend ordering anything from sportisimo.sk
Sportisimo in Romania is double charging you.
Sportisimo in Romania is charging you 2 additional Euros if you order something online and you chose a physical pickup of the item instead of delivery. Basically they charge you for the delivery of the item from their main warehouse to she shop.

Never received anything , dissapointing !!!!
I ordered and payed for shoes , I had a GLS tracking number send to me by sportisimo that just stopt in Germany , GLS members sends me to Sportisimo and sportisimo doesn't answer my mails . the site is dissapointing , I was happy to order , read the reviews so felt secure , but never ever received an answer ?

We are very happy with our baby stroller! Unpack and get-set-go straight to the park! Thanks Sportissimo Team, not easy to get it delivered to Croatia, but this one got here in record time (ca. 5 days I think). Much before the announced delivery date :)
Now the reason why I write is, we got really worried at first, since the delivery guys from GLS wrote that they received a damaged package. So I went on googling about the company. I saw all the negative reviews here and I started sending e-mails to GLS and Sportissimo. Turns out, the package had only a little bump on the side and GLS is obliged to write that in the Track-and-Trace report. Sportissimo support answered within minutes and said if anything is wrong, they will send another package. But that was all unnecessary, the baby stroller is magnificent. It is factory new (according to the smell) and fully functional. Our kid was so happy and quiet enjoying the ride in the park :) Sportissimo Croatia -> awesome !
Embarrassing
This was the most absurd interaction that I ever had with a retailer. I made an order and asked for delivery to a nearby pick-up point. 10 days later, I received an email saying that the order has been sent back because I did not pick it up, but I had not received any kind of notification about the delivery.
I phoned customer support and I told them about what happened, and they said that I should write about it in an email, as it would be better investigated that way.
I wrote the email, then I got a phone call from support 4 days later. They said that actually the package was never delivered, as the pick-up point no longer exists. They offered to deliver it directly to me, which I considered decent.
Shockingly, 3 days after this phone call, I got another email saying that my order was canceled because the product is not in stock.
Absolutely embarrassing. I made the order on the 16th of August and it was canceled on the 6th of September. 3 weeks wasted with a company that looks unable to do basic business.

Very good experience
Very good experience. I have searched for specific Armani flip flops everywhere on the internet and could find them only here for a very good price as well. The delivery was fast, took them 3 days to deliver. The package was very good (double packed), consequently the Flipflops are in the best condition.

No customer service AT ALL!
After returning two pairs of shoes in a Brno store, i was given one gift card with the same value. So i went to the website, made a purchase 55876518. I used a gift card that is supposed to cover the full value of the purchase.
When I insert the code the value goes to "0", but then redirects me to card payment with full value!
Now it says that payment is pending, when we're not supposed to pay.
I contacted whatsapp support, they told me to send an email.
I've sent an email, and there's no response.
I called, and the number is never available.
I'm starting to think i was simply scammed!

I recived my package, after i open it , i found it not only the Shoes box was damage but also the shoes has a Manufacturing defect which i made a photos of them and send to the customer support, they offered to change it but i should pay for the delivery and wait around 3 weeks. this is the worst online shoppping experience i have ever met.

I Ordered a pair of shoes and when i opened the box i had the big suprize to find two different shoes inside.
After looong discusions with the eshop team they couldn’t give me pertinent answers and they were very insolent and cocky.
Even now i am waiting for some answers.
I really hope that you will make some changes with the eshop employees because you will loose a lot of customers because of them. I really wanted that pair of shoes but your emplyees made me NOT to buy it anymore. I personally NOT recomand this shop to anyone.
Lack of professionalism
Ordered from them a week ago, waited for a couple of days just to tell me that they cannot send my order because they sold it in one of their shops. Waited for nothing :)

Would not recommend that shop at all, specially with international posting. Huge delays in everyting, posting, contacting and the worst with getting money back for return. I am waiting weeks to get my money back even that I received message from them that they received the return items.
I will never shop with them again, millions better organized online shops

I would say a very good company. I ordered some shoes for less than a week and they have already arrived. I am more than satisfied. Don't mind the bad reviews they are probably paid for. I found myself great. Thanks sportisimo also because I couldn't find those shoes anywhere haha

Saw some negative review which worried me initialy but decided to order. Shipment was very fast within 4 days in the Netherlands. Would recommend for sure and ignore the negative comments.
