A return requires filling in an entire A4 page form with many numbers. Then you have to send the package to eastern Europe which costs almost 20 euro from NL.

Not worth it
After 2 weeks items not shipped even though when ordering they were "ON STOCK/OP VORRAD" and "DELIVERED NEXT DAY/MORGEN THUIS". No reply to emails at all. 45 min wait on the phone.
