Customer service team are useless which is poor considering that customers are opening thousands at the stores.
I ordered a sofa which went smoothly. When I called the store to make an amendment they told me to call customer services. Called them and they said a sales advisor would be in contact within 24 hours. Called them again and was told 72 hours. After 3 days called again and was told they would escalate.
Then I received an email saying I could do the amendment if I paid extra and gave me a number to call. When I called the number they said they cant process this.
Called customer serviced again and they said the store will sort it out and will get a response in 72 hours.
As expected no response received. I do not recommend using Sofology at all

We had already picked out a couple of short listed sofa sets before travelling to Cardiff to see them for real. We were fortunate to have met and had the benefit of Aggy our sofolgist knowledge during our visit. Aggy really made the difference, her product knowledge was invaluable in assisting and guiding us, in eventually making the right choice.
We knew our room was large enough for the Bellagio corner set and love chair and we did fall in love with it! But that's not the whole story. As doubts started to creep in, Aggy helped and encouraged us to re-evaluate our space, taking note of how this very large set may fit but might dominate the space. We did just that, as we taped out the space, it became abundantly clear that Aggy was correct, it fitted but cramped the space in the room.
So we turned our attention back to the Georgio, which was our initial choice. It had many of the attributes of the Bellagio but would take up less space in the room.
We are now certain this corner set in the neutral stone and chenile softone fabric, will look contemporary and stylish, especially with the love chair and allow us to retain the sense of space in the room. This choice enables us to set the space out, so everyone can socialize around the focal point our beautiful new log burner and also leave ample space for my beloved HIFI system to shine.
This room will never to have a TV in it, it's where we properly socialize, share stories, chat and listen to music with family and friends.
Aggy understood this, as she listened before making any comment or offering up suggestions.
So, we can't wait to recieve our new corner sofas and "love chair" soon to renamed Dad's HIFI Listening Chair! and all in time for Christmas.
Along with the newly installed log burner and fireplace, a real Christmas tree soon to arrive, and joined by good friends, its going back to the future for us in the best possible way.
Thanks Sofology, you are not cheap but you are definitely worth it.
Finally a special thanks to Aggy for your patience and expertise, you are the reason we purchased and importantly, purchased the right product for us.

Me and my partner have been on the hunt for the perfect sofa for weeks.
We called in to Sofology today and were greeted by the lovely Phil.
He was so friendly, helpful and efficient.
We spotted a sofa we loved and went for a coffee to think it over.
When we came back into store we were once again greeted by Phil who talked us through everything so effortlessly and easily, we now have our dream sofa on the way!
We were so pleased with the service from Phil and would 100% recommend speaking with him!
