Having thought carefully about our experience. We had come into the Brent Cross store because we had seen a sofa we liked. We were greeted with friendly, helpful and very efficient staff. No one was too over bearing and we felt we were given time ,without pressure to browse your lovely sofas. Philip who helped was brilliant , he gave us lots of productive information, which helped us make our purchase. Thank you Philip.
