Complained and never got anywhere
Product is not what they advertise !
They were happy to refund if I sent the item to America! The cost of that would have been even a bigger loss to me. Lesson learned I suppose. No comments on the social media on their posts speak volumes. Please people do not use this company and those are not support socks in any way shape or form. Simple socks that you get from Temu or any other Chinese site for max £2.99

Low quality - Not buying again

I ordered two packs of socks and two packs of underwear. I was convinced of the quality because of the advertising and the 6-month guarantee. Although I did think it was like whatever, since what underwear and socks wear out in 6 months anyway.

Well, plot twist, these did. both the underwear and the socks. The socks had holes in the first month of wearing, and the underwear too. The elastic bands of the underwear also started sticking out of the fabric everywhere.

I thought I may have got a bad batch, so I contacted customer service, which was great, and I got a replacement without any hustle, so that is great.

However, the same thing happened again. I am simply not going to go through the replacement process every two months.

I like the looks of the products, I like the minimalism, I like the customer service, but I would expect far far more from a European company, and at that price point.

The compression socks i recieved were…

The compression socks i recieved were very small. Not what I was expecting. Offered larger size for more money but declined. Would have had to pay excess charges to return to US and possible customs charge so accepted 10% refund!!! Scandalous beware buyers.

holes after few weeks

The Boxershorts I ordered had holes and ripped after a few weeks. It says "The boxers you are going to love" but i do not love it at all and they don't even fit that good.

Swiss customers not welcome at Snocks?

Ordering in EUR, checkout in CHF with massive uplift on exchange rate (122 EUR turn into 137 CHF, instead of ~113 CHF [per 29.7.25]). That's in my point of view a rip-off of Swiss customers. Also, VAT benefit not handed over transparently. Other companies do that much better and transparent! (for instants Seipp Wohnen in Waldshut).

0 Stars is not possible - when give a guarantee for 6 months and after 8 months 90% of the underwear is damaged - the guarantee is useless - same as the service - what am I doing with 20% off from the next order of trash?

Poor seam quality, every pair had holes in the crotch, very disappointing

Let me start by saying that I held off buying Snocks for about a year, but was really drawn to their underwear as they appeared comfortable. I finally gave in and bought several pairs through Zalando, and when they came in the mail, I was very excited! Snocks is the direct seller on Zalando, so it came straight from them. The batch was brand new as it should be, and I peeled the seam off the box. I tried on the first pair of hipster briefs and was instantly so happy, that this was the underwear I had been looking for! As I took them off, however, I noticed there was a hole in the crotch, larger than my finger. Thinking it must be a manufacturing mistake, I ran to the box and examined the remaining briefs. To my disbelief, EVERY SINGLE PAIR HAD A FINGER SIZED HOLE OR DEVELOPING HOLE IN THE CROTCH!! I still cannot believe it. For some reason, there is a seam on the back of the underwear that follows your butt, and at the end of each seam near the crotch, the thread is completely loose or non-existent! I'm so disappointed because not only is the seam pointless, but it's clearly a MAJOR WEAKNESS that's being sent out in batches. I would not recommend Snocks and it will be very hard for me to give Snocks another chance.

I simply saw the ad on Instagram, I liked the product and bought it, it was very easy and fun, plus it arrived very quickly, I bought it on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. All good.

More than underwhelming quality

The quality of the socks and underpants is more than underwhelming. It's the first time i bought socks in my size (47-50) and they got holes faster than any sock I've ever owned, even tho they fit better.
After a few weeks the first socks started to get holes, so I wanted a refund and they sent me new socks. But now, after 10 Months, nearly all socks start getting holes, and also the underpants start getting holes.
The quality of the products is so bad, I wouldn't recommend ordering there to anyone

mid quality overhyped underwear

Hyped underwear, I would not recommend anybody.
sadly it is only low to mid quality. textile is very thin and
seams open very easily or are not even sewed properly right away
