Horrible
I’m really disappointed with the quality of this product. I’ve tried many nail products before, and based on the marketing of this brand, I had very high expectations, but it was honestly terrible. I applied the nails carefully following all the prep steps, and within an hour most of them were already falling off.
When I reached out to customer service, they blamed my preparation (which was definitely not the issue) and didn’t offer any real help or solution. They only suggested returning the product, but since they’re based in Germany, the return shipping cost almost half the price of the nails. Overall, a very disappointing experience, I won’t be ordering again.

I tried a different brand before and I had to throw everything away so I was very skeptical to try it. I am vey happy I did! The colors I have tried are great and easy to use. The press ons are also a great option for when I have very little time. I keep them on for a couple of weeks with their stickers, I never tried the glue. I never managed to keep the gel strips longer than one week (not sure whether I am applying them wrong) but they are also great options for when I have little time so I always have them at hand.

I placed the order on the 17th of…
I placed the order on the 17th of September and it is now the 30th, so almost 2 weeks of waiting for it to arrive. If the products I ordered had arrived sooner, I probably would have ordered more. While waiting I placed an order with another company over the weekend and it will be here in 2 working days. Not sure what else to say except that maybe they should reconsider the shipping company? Thourougly disappointed and underwhelmed. Customer service however is very response, even if you don't get anything after waiting over 2 weeks for an order to arrive.

Incorrect delivery times & bad customer service
Did not get to try the product yet. But not happy with delivery & customer service.
Ordered them for a wedding abroad. Explicitly looked at the delivery times for NL which said 3-5 working days. I ordered on Sunday, and the next Sunday it was still not there (departure date).
I contacted customer service; they communicate in Dutch, but I highly suspect they use a translation tool, since they didn’t seem to understand my message and didn’t respond thoughtful in the slightest.
In short: bad customer service & delivery times not as mentioned. Would not recommend ordering here if you need anything for a specific date.

Easy to apply and very clean proces

Very disappointing experience
Day by day, the nails kept falling off, and I had to re-glue them constantly. The glue has a terrible chemical smell. I followed the application instructions exactly, yet after removal, I ended up with awful green spots on more than half of my nails, they look terrible. I will never use these again. Also, no matter how carefully you try to pick the perfect size for each nail, my friends could still easily tell they were press-ons.

Too small sizes of the press-ons
The press on nails are a too much limited size, they like to say they have a wide variety but they don't.
I had contact with Dutch customer service but I still didn't like the way they fit. Return is possible but I have to pay over 10 euro's for the shipping costs to Germany. Which they won't refund. Such a waste. So I will keep the nails and give them to my niece or something. It's a real shame, cos they look very beautiful.
