Absolute shit company. Costumer support is a bunch of bots that don’t help at all. I tried calling them, but of course they basically say you can only contact through email.
I wil NEVER try to order from this site again. Big scam!

I orded an anti-cellulite device based on a Facebook ad, it was on sale.
Thought I'd give it a try, especially since it was supposed to be "money guarantee"-deal.
Well, I tested machine for weeks, regurarly - nothing happened.
Think now, it was a scam.
Yesterday I got in contact with their customer service for money refund (as granted).
Today got reply: I should send pictures starting from day 1 to this day so they could evaluate whether to return my money!
Absolutely ridicolous and condesending!
I, of course denied to send any pics whatsoever and asked for refund.
Let's see what they reply back.
I have never ever had this kind of "customer service" anywhere.
And the ad was misleading telling, I could test the advice for free and if I wouldn't get results, I get refund.
Please, DO NOT BUY from this company.
I lost 30€, but won't loose pictures of my legs and butt!!!
Update an hour later:
I sent very firm reply to customer service and made it clear this will go further if I don't receive refund as promised on ad. I got reply, "no photos needed, sorry, we'll give you 15% return for discomfort."
Still, DO NOT BUY.

Warning! This is a site that delivers fake, useless and non working products and that uses ugly methods to prevent refund. Do not buy anything from Silkyplanet!

Product did not arrive! They keep saying that as soon as they hear back from shipper they will let me know. I was supposed to get it in 1-2 days. It now has been 2 + weeks!

I read through the same reviews here and still bought it. Well it came today and it a total scam. Looks nothing like the Pic and doesn't work properly. Instead of metal it's plastic. Do NOT buy the 5-in-1 multistyler from silky planet.

The purchase never arrived. Customer service is a joke. Worst experience ever

I bought popcorn maker machine and it’s 6 weeks now, I didn’t receive it and nobody responded at all , I can’t get my money back, it’s scam don’t buy

The product is not of any quality. They will not refund your money because they use the excuse of hygiene regulations, even though you do not unpack the package. They always find some excuse not to refund your money, and when the going gets tough, they will only offer you 10 percent of the amount paid as compensation. The reviews on their website are misleading. The product is packaged in a very suspicious box with amateurishly printed packaging. When I opened it, I couldn't help but be surprised. They give you a plastic basket that is suitable for storing lettuce. The product is not labeled in any way. Therefore, it is probably a product from Temu and similar cheap e-shops. Quality? It absolutely does not work. If I had to compare it, it would be like buying a children's toy that makes a sound. That's all. The support team told me that I could give the product to someone. I would rather throw it in the trash. I would not give such a gift to my worst enemy. Shame. Scam. Check everything before you order anything. Don't waste your money.

Their product doesnt work and they are referring to return policies that they do not show on their product pages in terms of "customer satisfaction guarantee"

Never received my order. Ordered on 10th of april. Customer service unavailable. Phone number not active. Emails are not responded. This is just downright fraudulent.

Product didn’t work at all!!!! And return was refused despite their website promising a return guarantee. Misleading, poor quality and terrible customer service.

I ordered a product which should arrive 3-5 workings day and it's now 10 days haven't got the package at all. I have send them email 5 times now answer. It start feel like scaming. Please don't buy from them they just scam you

Do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY from this company. Bad quality products- temu products but overpriced, and the WORST customer service, product came after weeks of waiting....at least temu is cheap and has good customer service. Don't buy from here!!@

One of the items i ordered didn’t work like it shoud have. I contacted them about it and they promised to sent new item and inform via email when it has been sent. Did not hear anything about the package in two weeks and contacted they again asking about the sending. I have tonsent same massage 3 times before getting answer. They said the package has been sent but did not het any information how to track the package. Another week has passed and item has not arrived. Tried to contact them again and get the package tracking information but let see hoe it work..

I was initially very happy with the company and my first order arrived quickly, but I was very disappointed when things didn't go well with the replacement shipment for the broken product. Without this mess, I would definitely have ordered products from them again but now I don’t trust this company anymore. Still hoping that replacement item will arrived eventually.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. And I am a pretty forgiving person.

The product was in stock and supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days.

I did numerous attempts to contact their customer service, and only ever got the same reply saying they do not reply to messages on holidays or outside office hours. Regardless of what day or time of day I sent the message. I even made complaints and demanded the price be payed back in full.

After about two months I finally sent a more official complaint and added that I will be taking legal actions if the money isn't returned to my account. This is when I actually got an answer, but they were now saying it should be on its way and will try their best to figure out what is going on.

The product was delivered in the end, by a different courier and to a pick up point far out of my way.

On top of it all, the quality of the product is pretty bad and I strongly belive the reviews on their website are fake.

The worst thing I could have done was to buy something from this website. I accidentally added two items to the cart and emailed them directly, and they told me it was already on its way; they would refund me 20% and that if I wanted, I could give it to someone else. What kind of customer service and email response is this?? Unbelievable. I do not recommend it; I'm a total scammer and do not buy anything from there.
