I wanted to reschedule my booking. They kept lying to me saying they would help, but they didn’t send request to hotel or do anything, they only keep playing games with me, sometimes say they are trying, sometimes say it’s not possible to change/cancel, their customer service is extremely frustrating, asking you to put in long codes, and then the call guys act like they are idiots and couldn’t even find your order or past conversations in system. Just keep playing games and fooling customers. I used to use booking a lot. NO MORE
