Product stopped working after few times I’ve used it. I’ve sent multiple warranty related emails, but unable to get repairs or even instructions.

By the law they should be providing 2 year warranty and it was only used for an year.

In the end they do not answer. It’s been weeks and I have not received any assistance from them to the matter.

I though I was making an order from Europe but they are situated in Switzerland – the consumer laws are very poor there. This is the result.

Product didn’t work. I believe there is also faulty advertisement and fake reviews on their website. I’ve sent multiple warranty related emails, but they do not answer – even though I get a automatic confirmation that their support replies within 48 hours. It’s been weeks and I have not received any assistance.
