Recently came in for a new bike and bike fitting. Graeme was super helpful guiding me through choosing the best bike for my needs. I’d highly recommend doing the bike fitting too. Salvo was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my individual physiology, riding style, and goals to adjust the bike to my body mechanics and avoid potential injuries. The level of detail is fantastic as is coming away with an understanding of what will help my long-term performance.

Really Great service - Great knowledge of bike and compatible components...

They just lack the customer focus I'm afraid. You have to book a slot if you want to purchase a bike , that slot tends to be an hour. If you go beyond that hour choosing and selecting the bike and assessing the geometry , then it's your tough luck. It's a completely rushed experience. I could go on about all the other issues I experienced !

Very helpful conversation with staff to help me choose a suitable handlebar size. A place to drool over lovely bikes too.

I had a bike fit with Salvatore with the intention of buying a new bike. The end to end process was just a wonderful experience. So professional, knowledgeable and at the same time personal.I have taken delivery of a bicycle that is perfect for me. Highly recommend having a fit before making any changes to existing or purchasing a new bike.

Had a great bikefit with Salvo who was very informative and helped me choose and fit a few upgrades over a few months to be more comfortable on the bike. Having also booked a full service, Sigma went beyond to get my bike roadworthy and were quite flexible in letting me or helping to source parts as fast as possible to get it completed just in time before taking it on a cycling holiday. Defintely recommend for any high end bike servicing and adjustements in London!

I had a comprehensive bike fit with Salvatore, and it was an excellent experience. With his background in physiotherapy and understanding of biomechanics, he identified the causes of my discomfort on the bike and clearly explained the underlying reasons. He not only made precise adjustments to improve my fit but also offered valuable advice on how to enhance my riding technique. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a more comfortable and efficient ride.

Excellent thorough and attentive service. Discussed with Graeme what I wanted, and what I had with my current setup, and got a really good deal on a bike I wasn't even considering (which is a good thing!). I've been riding it almost every day since. And when there was a slight squeak in the head tube I took it in and they resolved it within 10 minutes. So much better than other LBS I've had the displeasure of experiencing.

I have done a number of bike fittings but this was the most thorough. Very detailed and Salvo such a knowledgeable person who goes through your reasons for wanting the fitting, what your objectives are as well as thoroughly assessing your physical fitness and mobility. Went for a ride the next day and the change was extraordinary. Great experience.

I am absolutely delighted after having the original Shimano 105 mechanical components on my Specialized SL7 swapped over for Ultegra Di2 components.

The workmanship was,and always is at Sigma Sports workshop first class,I would'nt want to go anywhere else for my bikes repairs or alterations.I whole wholeheartedly recommend the workshop services at Sigma Sports,Hampton Wick.
